I'll never ever step in this location ever again! Horrible just Horrible customer service by the manager!!! He kept my phone when it was delivered and WOULD NOT give me my phone that I ordered and with the dumbest excuse that had nothing to do with me but with his location and corporate! I purchased 5 phones from this location theses past 18mos. and have been loyal to them sending them customers BUT never again!!! The manager needs to be fired or retrained or better yet go get job that has nothing to do with dealing with the public!!! Stay away from this franchise store and go straight to a corporate location on 10600 Tamiami 34108

They tried to over charge me when I went to upgrade my phone. I was able to show them its cheaper to order the phone on the app but they wouldn't budge so I ordered it and paid shipping and still saved 40 dollars 🤷♂️

One of the employee’s had a nasty attitude he kept trying to convince me to upgrade my phone after I said no so many times I just wanted to pay it off. Than he just went to help another costumer and told another employee to help us because he didn’t know “sprint stuff” . Never will go there again

Needing one of us to switch carriers & get a new phone, while I'd lost mine & simply needed a replacement- the staff- in Particular manager Princeton, couls not have made the process smoother, and even saved us money with their 2 for 1 phone deal. He even put up with a lengthy customer service call after my Ma had left with her phone and was struggling to set it up properly! Highly recommend!

Tonight In this Tmobile I had the best experience ever, not only comparing it with other Tmobiles but every cellphone company. Since I open the door i was received with greetings, and you could feel the positivity that the manager and employee have. I personally was attended by the manager and he was multitasking, helping me and a second person at the same time, without making us wait, it felt unreal. Last store I visit there was an employee helping a customer and the customer was in the phone with Tmobile and the employee was just looking at him, never asked me if he could help me and the worst part is that I only had a question and had to wait around 30 minutes just to make a question to which they had no answer, so you can imagine how I felt, and been a patient of scoliosis my back didn't appreciated it either. I recommend this store located at: 2433 Tarpon Bay Blvd, Naples, FL 34119 Thats the shopping center where Target and Ross is. To the employees if you read this thanks again, love your customer service and I hope Tmobile starts rewarding employees like this!.

I don’t see a main T-Mobile review spot so unfortunately the store gets it. This review is not a reflection of this store specifically but the company as a whole. Really disappointed. Been a happy customer for years. Service in the Naples area has degraded significantly since signing up. A tech verified honestly the towers here needed upgrading and I truly appreciated his honesty. I use my phone for business and need service so we switched back to Verizon. I called up and asked what my final bill would be to the rep if I canceled and he told me $750. I then canceled the next day. I then get my bill of $941. There are tablet promo charges of an additional $130 which he didn’t tell me about and the equipment charges by themselves was $819. So the number I quoted was no wear near the $750. I then called customer service to see if they could help and now 2 times in row out of 5 years I am disappointed when they just tell me sorry for the misquote and can’t help me. You went from seeing me as a return customer at some point to I will never use T-Mobile again because of this and have gone from recommending you to everyone to telling people to steer clear.

Manager kept me waiting(didn't even acknowledge me) while on the phone with a t mobile rep and no other customers in the store. Had to ask him for help. I needed help with my prepaid account, but once he knew I didn't have a basic plan, all customer service went out the door. Typical. I wanted to purchase a prepaid card also and they don't sell them at THE T-MOBILE STORE. Unless you're giving them a commission sale, they have terrible customer service. On a positive note, the store was very clean and inviting.

I did research on cell phones, and chose this company and location. When I was young, we used Morse Code with the telegraph. Then we used a telephone ; our number was 861. We had frequent interactions with operators and party lines. Now that you know me, kindly understand how the consultants had to climb Mt. Everest with me. They were very knowledgeable, more than courteous, and very patient with me. I snagged a great deal, in every way. I suspect that I may have made friends for life. Very nice. I recommend this location, which also has new management. They took our pictures. Perhaps I will be on a billboard . Very nice.

Great location, amazing staff. Princeton was totally awesome. Professional, courteous his customer service was outstanding 👏🏼. This will definitely be my go to T-MOBILE store.

Great experience at T-mobile switching from verizon and getting 5 I-phones paid off with no contract. Also brought home a mini home cell tower for full reception at home with no monthly fees.
