I was a Sprint customer with a Samsung S9. Now that Sprint merged with T mobile I knew I could get a new phone at the closest Sprint or T mobile store. This one at Freedom Square is the closest so I chose to go and upgrade the phone. NOPE , I was told I would have to go to a Sprint store. Long story short, I went to the T mobile on Marco. They were knowledgeable and so helpful. I got my S21 and will always go to the T mobile on Marco. Thus one at Freedom Square needs to have the management and staff re trained!!!

Had the most unpleasant experience recently , there was a young lady with a mole and freckles i believe her name was something foreign rosa might be it with a disheveled appearance not appropriate for a customer service based employment. She barely had any knowledge of the promotions or the products she was selling, when i would ask her a question she would have a blank expression as if i were talking to her in a alien language. My advice to management get rid of her she will drive business away.

This is the closest store to where I live but I do believe I'll be driving further to do my business at a friendlier location. The male behind the counter is always rude when he is conducting poor customer service. This has happened at least 3 times since moving to the area 8 months ago. I usually pay our bill online so going to the store is for something I can not take care of myself.

September 25. 2017. I Just switched over to MetroPCS the last week of September. I went to this store to change over two numbers from another Carrier. Metro PCS was offering a 2 free phones for anyone switching two lines from another carrier, so we got to free phones in the deal, which was great because our olds phones were not compatible with the new service. The switch was quite and easy, and Alex was nice and friendly. However, within a few days my new phone began experiencing display problems, lines on the screen, and coloration issues. I take great care of my phones, and this phone had not been dropped yet was displaying clear issues. I was concerned at this point as I did not have insurance on my phone, and it was clearly some kind of manufacturers problem. Monday 10.2. 2017 I am please to report that I went back into this store and showed them my phone and what it was doing. They looked at my phone and what it was doing and they ordered me a replacement phone at no cost. Alex said it should be shipped to the store within a few days. 10.4.17, I just spoke with them today, and my phone should be arriving at their store tomorrow via FEDEX. So far I have had great customer service and care at this store. I will update this and let everyone know how it all turns out. Thanks
