They have EXCELLENT Customer Service. I have been trying to figure out the correct address for my delivery and the driver and manager were diligent in trying to help as this was a thank you gift.

I had a special delivery for my husband who is in FL. It was for the day of our 22nd Anniversary. Wanted to surprise him with the delivery at the hotel right moment he would be there. Hotel never answered but John and his staff made sure delivery was there at the right time 😁. Delivery order was also placed the evening before. I am so thankful for their help with this. Also my husband said the fruit was absolutely delicious!! Thank you. Amazing when a business goes above and beyond for their customers which is not often now in days.

I had a great experience with Edible Arrangements! I ordered a back to school fruit arrangement via the internet for a teacher and added on some cookies. The day of delivery, I called the business for a delivery update. The gentleman I spoke to, John, was unsure if the order had been delivered, but was kind enough to call his delivery person to confirm the delivery status. John then called me back and gave me the estimated delivery time. Later that day the teacher shared with me a picture of the fruit arrangement and cookies and it was beautiful, she loved it! I really appreciated the great customer service and how nicely everything looked. I will definitely order from them again!

Thank you Marina for your wonderful customer service, explaining everything so well and being professional. We loved calling the actual place and speaking with someone that would deliver our order. Such a contrast from other places that don’t have that same ability.

I placed an order over the phone with Jaydah and she was outstanding! I called from out of town and ordered several items for delivery. Jaydah was professional, friendly, helpful and very thoughtful to make sure all of the details were in place before we closed the order. Delivery was a success. Thank You Jaydah and the Naples, Airport Road team! We will order again!

I was charge $40 for this sorry looking item and they forgot to add the box of chocolates and balloon I ordered. I called the store eight times and left several voicemail and no one called me back. I even call there 800 customer service number and they said the store needed to call me back! Worst customer service and worst arrangement I’ve ever seen!!! BEWARE!!

I called this location to place an order on February 8th at 4:40 pm but was told that they had already closed out the cash register for the day so I could not place the order. The employee was not very pleasant. The store is open until 5:00 pm. I then called the other Edible arrangements store on Vanderbilt Rd at 4:50pm the same day and had a great employee work with me on my order. Welcome to the new generation of lazy employees!!

I was told I would receive a call from the manager and a refund. I added an item on to an order. They did not add that item, but substituted something else instead without calling me or emailing me first. They were going to send the driver back the next day to pick up the wrong item, but couldn't refund my money because only a manager can do that and she wasn't in the store. I contacted the store several times and have left messages. Two days later, I haven't received a call or my refund.

Worst Service from an Edible Arrangements I have ever experienced. Made an order to be delivered on Thanksgiving (11/26), order was confirmed two days in advance, marked out for delivery 9 am day of. Order was never delivered, never communicated that it wouldn't be delivered. I called and left a message for the store, requesting a call back to discuss the issues. Heard nothing, called the store myself the following day (11/27). I was promised that I would have both a refund and a call from the store manager the next day. Two days pass and I have heard nothing from the company, I again call them (12/1) to find out that my refund had not yet been processed, but they'd do that now, and that the manager was on vacation so they couldn't give me any idea on when I'd hear from them. Less than an hour later I receive a call from an "Operations Manager" attempting to explain that all of the issues were a new hire driver's fault. No, I'm not going to accept blaming a new hire for this. There was an absolute gross breakdown of communication at every level, promises made that were not kept until I HOUNDED them to make right on their word, and then empty excuses blaming the new hire for the absolute poor handling of a botched order. I was told they've done all they can do to make it right and have nothing else to tell me. Save your money, your frustrations, and your time and order through a reputable Edible Franchise. This one does not live up to the Company Name.
