Best hair salon in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

Don’t come here for a haircut, especially from Kimberlee. I came here to get a haircut. I had super long hair as you can see from the pic and asked to get a cut 2 inches above my shoulders. I got Kimberlee since she had a few good reviews. I do not recommend her. One side of my hair was longer than the other and there were a bunch of random pieces that were longer than some other pieces (pics from green shirt and blue shirt). I came the next day to have the issues fixed. I had called in the morning to let them know what happened. I was told on the phone that Ozzy would be doing my hair and the manager would be there for me to speak with and that I’d have to sign some paperwork. Ozzy did fix the issues but I felt like he was rushing through the haircut which didn’t make me feel confident during the haircut. My hair is now 2 inches shorter than what I originally wanted since it had to be fixed (red top pic). I did not see the manager and to my surprise at the end Ozzy asked me where I had gotten it cut. I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and I was told no. Clearly there is a lack of communication between staff. ~Essie

Stylist was friendly, talkative. Loved the word yeeeesss! Which was over used. My haircut was sub par. Had to go get it fixed at another shop. Wanted a specific style which I told but I felt because the door was getting busy I was just another number and was rushed out. Yeah looking at it again. I hated my haircut. Could have just did it myself at home for free ~Jerry
