Every time the staff friendly, this time one guy name called - Terry, he was kinda rude and used some vulgar words ( bu** guy). This is not at all good for a well established business to treat their customers like this. One should take a serious action on him. Service: Haircut

Snarky and rude stylists on the last two times we have gone. Don’t try and get there 30 minutes before they close either. They will turn u away. This was for my husband who gets a simple buzz cut. They turned him and another family w a young boy away at 4:30 on Sunday. They close at 5. Ok, you want to leave and be done early. But what’s the excuse for the rude and abrasive attitude the other times we have been there? Also, the dude w the different colored hair, he talks badly about all his other “clients” and his new female manager. Just a hateful and sad person he must be.

I made an appointment this morning for my two sons who needed a haircut bad unfortunately we had to relocate from Charlotte County due to hurricane Ian and will be staying in Orlando for some time walking in I felt a good vibe everyone was smiling and so welcoming the two stylists cut both my children hair and did a great job and then the gentleman that cut my sons hair asked if I would like one and I said yes he did a great job with my hair and made me feel much better being in the situation we where in I truly appreciate everything and just to listen to me knowing that honestly I need to talk and take a minute to take care of my self thank you so much Theresa Services: Haircut, Kids' cuts

Wish i could give a zero star. I always come to great clips for my and my family haircut and every time the staff is nice but today the lady who cut my brother hair was so rude she was with blonde hair curly boy cut. She didn’t even cut my brothers hairs perfectly. Wasted my money.

Stylist was friendly, talkative. Loved the word yeeeesss! Which was over used. My haircut was sub par. Had to go get it fixed at another shop. Wanted a specific style which I told but I felt because the door was getting busy I was just another number and was rushed out. Yeah looking at it again. I hated my haircut. Could have just did it myself at home for free

Made an appointment on line. Checked in when I arrived. People who were here on list below me were taken ahead of me. Poor customer service. When I asked why people were taken before me was given an excuse. I looked at the board and they were not. The front desk person lied to my face and acted like they had check before. Definitely favoritism. Service: Haircut

Baffled by the people at the front today. Something about my phone number not matching the name.. what?? Never had trouble with great clips in years and today just a waste of time. Checked in with my ohone and my name was on the board so that was the issue? Just incoherent mumbling by the lady at the desk. Never again at this location. Supercuts is just in the plaza in front so no issue going to a different branded place.

Asked for face framing layers, she gave me bangs. They did not blend and do not frame my face at all, they are about 1 inch longer than regular bangs. She did not start slow, she went straight to bangs so there was no turning back, instead of starting with one or two inches she started with six inches. I wanted layers not bangs and now I'm stuck with poorly cut bangs.

Great location with the ability to sign up before arriving. There are some good stylists here but you sometimes can end up with a rushed haircut. Don't be afraid to speak up if your cut looks uneven or not what you want, as they will fix it.
