Took my elderly mom for a shampoo and cut and could not have been more pleased with the style and service! Mickey treated her like a queen, managed to work with her while in her wheelchair and gave her a great, style and cut that will counteract the reality of her frequent "bed head" look. Mickey is talented and a lovely human. Service: Haircut

My 12-year-old son had an appointment at 12:45. He arrived early checked in and said he had an appointment. He messaged me at 1:20 and said the person he was supposed to be with is with somebody else. I drove to the salon he still was not back there getting his haircut and apparently the girl that was going to cut his hair was at the counter and was extremely flippant and was like I didn’t know that he was here. Not a single employee handled the situation nor did they apologize for the fact that he sat there and waited all that time and nobody took him back for his appointment. This is not the first time he has gone there by himself for an appointment. He actually does this frequently. There is no excuse for them treating him any less than an adult paying customer. He had checked in and they just let him sit there waiting. And again not a single apology from anyone. And the hairdresser was very very rude about it. You could tell she did not care. Her name was Mickey.. I’m more disappointed in the fact that not a single person came to the counter to assist us to resolve the matter that he had been sitting there for 40 minutes past his appointment time with no explanation from any of the stylists. And then she spent less than 15 minutes to wash and cut his hair. Service: Haircut

I always come here to see Kimberlee. She’s the best! I seen two other stylist in town and regretted seeing them. I would not want someone else to touch my hair at this point! I always get what I want because I communicate what I am looking for and that is important to do when you see any stylist. She’s always spot on when I’ve changed styles and coloring. I've been going to Kimberlee for about a year now and adore her. She knows exactly how I like my hair done and she does it perfectly every time. I used to have long hair but I have a pixie now and she worked with me to find a style I love. She's pleasant, doesn't rush, and always does a great job. No one else is allowed to do my hair! I wanted a quick trim and didn’t select anyone specifically but I got Angie and I do have to say that she has been the best person to ever cut my hair. She was so sweet and took her time to make sure that my hair was straight and had the layers I wanted. I have extremely fine thin hair and at the end my hair felt so bouncy and fun! Totally recommend her!

Don’t come here for a haircut, especially from Kimberlee. I came here to get a haircut. I had super long hair as you can see from the pic and asked to get a cut 2 inches above my shoulders. I got Kimberlee since she had a few good reviews. I do not recommend her. One side of my hair was longer than the other and there were a bunch of random pieces that were longer than some other pieces (pics from green shirt and blue shirt). I came the next day to have the issues fixed. I had called in the morning to let them know what happened. I was told on the phone that Ozzy would be doing my hair and the manager would be there for me to speak with and that I’d have to sign some paperwork. Ozzy did fix the issues but I felt like he was rushing through the haircut which didn’t make me feel confident during the haircut. My hair is now 2 inches shorter than what I originally wanted since it had to be fixed (red top pic). I did not see the manager and to my surprise at the end Ozzy asked me where I had gotten it cut. I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and I was told no. Clearly there is a lack of communication between staff.
