We were ignored for a little bit when trying to get help and I really had to use the restroom. I misunderstood the sign and went to use the restroom because it was very urgent and the lady came back and started yelling at me very rudely. I tried to apologies and the pursued to use the restroom. She then waited for me to finish outside the door and continued to yell at me while I was leaving. Refused to serve me. I have never had someone be so rude to me just to use the restroom. If you are going to have an establishment that is open to the public, your restroom should be open to the public as well. It’s not like I wasn’t going to buy anything. Then she proceeded to yell at my friend as well while she was cashing out and I was in the car. This manager has no professional skills once so ever. I am quite offended. ~Allison

Very possibly the worst day labor experience to date. Multiple no call no shows, followed by people just leaving. Reaching out to the staff to explain my issues resulted in MORE disappointment. Apparently the company I work with negotiated a better rate, so people don't want to work on my site because "other jobs pay better". To recap. If you are willing to pay top dollar for half a worker then these guys may be able to help you. ~Kyle

Is Amazon's fuel stop. Crowded and appears to be the only circle K in the area that does not participate in the Get Upside app. ~Marv

This store wider then most locations I've been too. A lot of them are being remodel. They have more options then most too. Enough space in between stockers and for you to slide by. They take coupons. People are friendlier as well. ~Gretchen

Communication electronically from agent is very poor. They can not communicate in writing. The website does not let you file electronically even though that is a choice it gives you. It goes back to the agent. We tried to do our taxes this year without setting up an appointment in person but spent more time attempting to communicate than an agent than was necessary. Not sure I would use the service again. ~A

I was working with loan officer Bernadina, she was absolutely wonderful. She was so incredibly patient and helpful! She assisted me with refinancing my vehicle and brought me down to an amazing rate and so much more! She really delivered incredible service! ~Lisa

I called to see if I could have a document printed and faxed and was told they will it print forms however I go to the Amscott on Busch Blvd and they do it all the time for me. When I asked for a manager to explain why they don’t offer the same service as other Amscott and was told they just don’t care. I would rate this place a zero star if I could please go next door to ACE they have better service. This place had 2.9 stars for a reason stay away!! ~Shronica

This dealership was AWESOME! Got my first car here and Ben and Joe were so helpful with helping me choose my car and explaining everything I needed to know. They made this experience extremely comfortable for me and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car you will NOT regret it! ~Desiree
