Worst place I can imagine. Not only was the guy on the phone rude and pushy but when my trailer tire was finally fixed my driver got about an hour down the road and the same tire blew! Then all they could say basically was that it wasn’t there problem. So basically they take zero responsibility! So I got scammed out of money. I’ll be making a BBB complaint as well. Do not use them!!! ~Jeffery

to start, on the wall it said $23 for a fill. why did i pay $38? if it was just for shape and to take off my gel to put plain black polish on.. that’s a scam. at most it should be $5 charge for shape, so why was it $10 to take off my gel polish? ridiculous. not only that, but my tech gaslit me into thinking my thumb nail is straight. it’s definitely not, and it is a different shape than my other thumb. will never come back. i tipped $5 but was definitely not worth a tip, nor $38 to begin with. can’t believe i paid $43 for this. also, i was bleeding on 3 nails and have ripped skin that still stings on one as well. Great customer service. My son needed help freshening up his wardrobe to more business like attire. He's a larger man and was hesitant. The sales person made it easy and pleasant for us both. My son left with new outfits and new confidence. ~Jen

Roughly around 4:35pm today I visited Hibbett Sports in Tallahassee, Florida on North Monroe store #122 . I walked in with my family, no employees said anything to me. The staff was standing around talking and laughing with each other. As I started to look at the shoes, one employee started to walk in front of me putting shoes up and still never asked if we needed help or to be excused for walking in front of me. Moments later a Caucasian group walked in and was treated with a warming welcome. ~King

Shopping today for school shoes for my daughter. Went to several shoe stores and came up empty. Decided to go to one more store. Was genuinely impressed with Shoe Dept.'s vast selection. The store was very neat and organized. Well stocked. Found several shoes in her size, unlike the other stores. Should have come to Shoe Dept. first. Now I know... Will definitely return. Wonderful charitiable cause and the store is pretty good with good prices. However, don't count on the hours as posted. It says 9 on line, it's actually 10, and they didn't open until 10:15... some organizational issues i guess. I donate & browse here instead of Goodwill, which is a business collecting inventory cost free, not a charity. ~Nancy
