I have been dealing with WellsFargo for a long time, have multiple business and personal accounts. They use to be my top choice. But lately they have been having the worst customer service in the location. Walked in to open a new account for our new business in town. No one was there greeting you, or ask what I am here for. After waiting for over 45 minutes, finally a banker came in to me and when I told her I am here to open a new business account, she said sorry we are fully booked today. With totally disrespect to my wasted time, someone could have said that instead of wasting my morning.
Other bank was able to help and earn my business in the same day. Thank you ~Peter
