If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was the worst! First of all I did not receive the correct order. I ordered 20 piece wings w/ fries and did not receive any fries. I tried calling both numbers and finally after calling about 7 times, the lady that answered the phone came on with attitude and after explaining to her my issue she then told me to “hold on” and hung up the phone. I had my boyfriend call back and she lied about just coming into work and then said that the issue was not her problem and that he needed to take it up with “Uber eats”

I never leave reviews but I’ve been coming here since I started at famu in 2019 and let me just say one thing they are never consistent! One day the wings are big as your palm the next they’re as big as your finger. Whenever they make a mistake your met with a attitude and made to feel as if your inconveniencing them.They seriously need new management or new staff! And it’s sad as a black owned business that the most professionalism came from that white girl that works there! Do better!

I walked in and the restaurant was filled with grease smoke. It smelled like the vent hoods hadn't ever been cleaned and the grease was being fired too hot. As for the food, the grease was in fact being fired way too hot and it hasn't been cleaned as they were using old burnt oil. The fries reflected the taste as they tasted like.....burnt old oil. The wings were not tossed in the sauce rather they gooped it right on top leaving half the wings with no sauce. I paid $20 for 10 wings and fries. Paid extra and I only got less than 1 ounce of fries. Normally don't give any bad reviews on a locally owned joint, but this place needs new management or ownership as they have let it go to the grease pit.

The fries are good, the chicken is aight, I tried the Chicago mild sauce and that wasn't it at all. And make sure you check the bun because I've been there twice and both times, I've had mold on my bun.

I ordered just 20 wings and was charged 25.99 + tax I asked if I can get fries and roll which was the same price. Or charge me cheaper. I was yelled at the lady at the register told me to leave. I was like I want my food she came around the counter yelling at me put her nose on mine and her chest on my chest. I asked to speak to the manager and I was denied.

This place use to be great a year ago.. I'm not sure what happened but the pictures online completely misrepresent the food you actually receive. I ordered a large shrimp meal with a order of only wings. The only thing that was right was the sauce. The wings were battered and fried not necked like the photo. The tasted store bought like Tyson wings not fresh wings. The shrimp were tail less, baby or bite sized but it's advertised as jumbo shrimp.. I didn't even get 12 which was a large order amount. For reasons the put bbq sauce on your fries which makes them soggy.. smh. Yeah they just lost our business in the future.

I regret not taking pictures of the food they tried to offer me. I placed a delivery order for a 12-piece wild garlic parmesan hot nugget with gold lemon pepper on the fries. That, unfortunately, was not what I received. Both the fries and the nuggets were drenched with grease. Grease residue from the plate was even leaking in the bag. The fries and nuggets both tasted as though they had been fried in rancid oil. Although I don't mind paying more for high-quality meals, this was absolutely awful and unacceptable. I immediately knew the food would make me ill after just three nuggets, so I trashed it and wasted almost $17 on chicken nuggets and fries. If they are going to charge a specific price, this establishment needs to ensure that its customers are receiving great quality meals. I will not be spending my money here again, but anyone who does must be aware of this.

Honestly the best service I've had so far in Tallahassee! The energy is always great when I walk in . Such a great atmosphere with phenomenal customer service . My food was fresh , and my server was friendly ! If you're looking for the best service & chicken in town you need to go straight to Chicago chicken & grill !! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Make sure you try that Carolina gold - that's the one ! 🤤

I loved the loaded fries and the Carolina wings! Good cheesecake. If I had to critique anything it be the sweet and spicy bbq wings because it mostly just tasted like hot sauce wings but everything else was good and really great pricing! We got 20 wings, two sodas, small shrimps and a cheesecake for $35. Brings a lot! Would recommend!

Tried the Spicy Gold 5 piece chicken tenders with fries. It was my first time getting my fries coated with the sauce but it's definitely not gonna be my last time, it was delicious!!! I could only eat three of the wings because they were so huge. Also tried the Honey BBQ tenders, they didn't disappoint either. You definitely get your money's worth here.
