Best auto tune up service in Douglasville, Georgia (GA) 2024

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer of this shop since moving in the area in 2017. This is literally the only shop my car has been in for the past almost 5 years. I find the employees to be professional and honest and the prices are competitive. This is a great shop and stays busy with work for a reason... because they are good. However, I dropped my car off before 11am this morning for an oil change and alignment and was told I'd receive a call when the car was finished. Never received a call so I took a taxi to pick up vehicle just before closing time (6pm) and was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable. I was never advised at the time of dropping off my vehicle that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. If that were the case, I would have brought it back and left it overnight (as I've done several times in the past) instead of losing an entire day without my vehicle. I hope the owner can get back with me and make it right because it's hard to find a reliable mechanic. ~Les

Was having issues with my cars brakes ( master cylinder went out) had it towed by ABS to ABS to be diagnosed. Lamar was quick to get on top of things and let us know what the problem was! Had it fixed with excellency by the shop and now my cars brake system is better than before! Definitely will use them for any other car issues going forward & my husband and I highly recommend them. ~Kammy
