While I haven't been there for service, I did stop in to use ask for some air in my tires. A super friendly fella came out and filled my tires. When I tried to tip him he told me that, "This is just what we do ... Take care of our neighbors." That experience alone will ensure my business goes there. Friendly, helpful, and good neighbors... 10/10

Wouldn’t look at the nail in my tire and didn’t offer an appointment the following day. Edit: My initial review should’ve mentioned the lack of interest the employee had and the overall unwelcoming environment of the location. I was told no, but nothing else. I wouldn’t have known the business didn’t take appointments because the employee did not communicate anything else to me. This is poor communication and customer service. If you’ve read the company’s response below, you can see they clearly do not respect potential clients. It is unfortunate that a company thinks professionalism should be eliminated just because they have no availability. I wouldn’t have left a review if I felt respected regardless of the outcome. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer of this shop since moving in the area in 2017. This is literally the only shop my car has been in for the past almost 5 years. I find the employees to be professional and honest and the prices are competitive. This is a great shop and stays busy with work for a reason... because they are good. However, I dropped my car off before 11am this morning for an oil change and alignment and was told I'd receive a call when the car was finished. Never received a call so I took a taxi to pick up vehicle just before closing time (6pm) and was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable. I was never advised at the time of dropping off my vehicle that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. If that were the case, I would have brought it back and left it overnight (as I've done several times in the past) instead of losing an entire day without my vehicle. I hope the owner can get back with me and make it right because it's hard to find a reliable mechanic.

Straight forward and gets the job done. I've been here a few times now and they're pretty consistent with their work and their customer service. I've never encountered anything I would categorize ad bad customer service, I just think that most of the time it's really busy in the shop and they just don't have time for small talk. In my opinion the staff has always been courteous, professional and transparent about wait time and needed services to your car. I do believe that some at the front are less engaging than others so I can see some people may think that's off-putting....however I'm not looking to have a long conversation with someone at a place of business knowing that might be keeping them from doing their job. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that they will be closed for a whole week (4th of July week). I wonder if this business is privately owned, if so I just will have to make due and find somewhere to get the service done I need. At least the gentleman told me this ahead of time

This place is impossible to reach by phone. I used to use them regularly and was very happy with their service. I cave called several times over the period of a week and have not been able to get anyone to talk to me. Twice last week and once this week I have called and let my phone ring. Once last week and once this week the phone rang and I was hung up on. I thought something had gone wrong with the call the first time, but sure enough, my phone showed that I had a several second phone call. One time I called this place and after ringing I received the internet phone noise. Did they forward me to a fax number? The phone number currently on their web site worked in the past. I have it saved in my phone from when I was having them work on my wife's Expedition previously. If they are so busy that they cant take a phone call and ask me to wait while they finish up a task, they must be too busy for my business.

Took there for an over heating issue and a roaring noise. Brett told us the truck had not run hot with they left it running and drove it. No way they drove this truck or they would have had the same issue. Also said the noise was more than likely the front end. Brett told me that needed to be addressed first and for most. Picked up truck took to other shop. Went from fairburn rd to hwy 5 temp was at 222 and radiator was busted when we got to New shop but yet Brett told me truck was not running hot. The noise was the rear end not the front end. Will never go here again nor recommend anyone to go there. This is why it's hard to find someone you trust to work on your car.

Update: after this review the owner reached out and we were able to talk through the issue. It was a misunderstanding on both ends. We have resolved the issue. Original review: I can not deny the fact they do good work. Been taking my cars there for about 2 years. The work is very reliable and the workers are kind. Although my complaint is the owner. He can be rude at times and he says side comments that I think are very rude. For example I recommend a friend to have some work done on his truck. We went to pick up his truck today which he paid over $1000 in repairs with no problem. We are making small talk with the employee checking us out. The owner comes over and asks the employee “could you ask your homeboys to move their truck so we can do some actual mechanic work around here.” HOMEBOYS!!! I’m a paying customer, not anyone's homeboy! I have no issues moving my vehicle if it’s in the way, that’s an easy and simple task. And if you asked me I would have simply done so. But to not even acknowledge me and talk as if I’m not even standing right in front of you appalled me. We have to do better. It's 2022, a new year. Let's start it moving forward, not backwards.
