This is a very good company, The man gave me his word and came to my house while I was at work and changed my tire for me just like he said he would. And I'm very big on businesses keeping their word. So I would recommend gold keys and towing service to anyone. ~Charles

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer of this shop since moving in the area in 2017. This is literally the only shop my car has been in for the past almost 5 years. I find the employees to be professional and honest and the prices are competitive. This is a great shop and stays busy with work for a reason... because they are good. However, I dropped my car off before 11am this morning for an oil change and alignment and was told I'd receive a call when the car was finished. Never received a call so I took a taxi to pick up vehicle just before closing time (6pm) and was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable. I was never advised at the time of dropping off my vehicle that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. If that were the case, I would have brought it back and left it overnight (as I've done several times in the past) instead of losing an entire day without my vehicle. I hope the owner can get back with me and make it right because it's hard to find a reliable mechanic. ~Les
