This is a very good company, The man gave me his word and came to my house while I was at work and changed my tire for me just like he said he would. And I'm very big on businesses keeping their word. So I would recommend gold keys and towing service to anyone.

This is the WORST place you could EVER go to get a tire or anything else for that matter. I was charged 120 dollars for MY OLD RIM THAT WAS “fixed”. It has since cost me 2 BRAND NEW tires that have gone completely flat within a week.

Becareful going here got 1 tire replaced and the “machine” ended up putting deep scratches on the rim. P.s still charged me normal price

Please do NOT come here to get a tire or anything! Not only are they not professional but they can't stop texting to do their job. Ray the owner seem to want to help but not the workers that's there. I give it a negative 5 star but I don't see that sooo I guess a one star. Spend the extra somewhere else if you can but don't give them your business they don't care!! They run game they don't give receipt on purpose!!! You need receipts to return..

I hate to leave a bad review for a small business, but if you're in need find another shop and STEER CLEAR from here. Came here (because they were one of the only people open on a Sunday) to get a tire for my vehicle and was almost charged $40 for a tire that was severely balding on the INSIDE and OUTSIDE! I had walked away to use the restroom, and when I came out and saw the tire we told him (the owner I'm sure) it was unacceptable and we were simply not paying $40 plus a $3 "recycle fee" for a tire that was just going to have to be replaced the next week. He proceeded to try to tell us how it was fine, and it was a "good tire". We asked him to politely just change the tire back to the original...he got the WORST attitude and muttered under his breath about how he was "just going to charge us for labor" (NO.) The wife/girlfriend of the owner was speaking to him in spanish when we told them we wanted our money back and ALL of it. My girlfriend discussed involving the police, and they suddenly changed their tones. Worst and rudest customer service, and you can get used tires MUCH cheaper and MUCH better quality in Douglasville. Long story short, STAY CLEAR!

I bout a used tire last weekend and by the middle off the week I was bouncing. and the bad part is it was make where the hump on the tire was so they knew it was a bad tire when they sold it to me. so do your self a favor and take your money somewhere else. this place jus needs to close down.
