Best shoe store in Duluth, Georgia (GA) 2025

This location is always eager to close before closing time. They announced that at 6 pm that dressing rooms would be closing at 6:30 pm. Then they restocked the 3 clothing items I had in my basket as well as 2 jewelry items at 6:05 pm while I was trying on clothes in the dressing room. Naturally, they lost my business. But I'm sure they don't care. They may feel that they have no stake in the company so why should it matter to them if they deliver poor customer service. ~Dee

I went into the store this morning as the lady was very rude. She didn’t speak or anything. Once I started browsing around to look for the shoe I wanted the sales person then ask me what was I looking for after I find the shoe I wanted. The sale person then looks at me and states I don’t think that’s your quality of shoe. I mean how can a sale person tell you what type of quality shoe you like or what can a person afford. I’ll never go back to this store because the lady was very racists and after I told her I was going to report her, she wanted to apologize ~Whitney
