This location is always eager to close before closing time. They announced that at 6 pm that dressing rooms would be closing at 6:30 pm. Then they restocked the 3 clothing items I had in my basket as well as 2 jewelry items at 6:05 pm while I was trying on clothes in the dressing room. Naturally, they lost my business. But I'm sure they don't care. They may feel that they have no stake in the company so why should it matter to them if they deliver poor customer service.

Time was wasted!! We received great help from Gary in finding a suit that would fit my father for my sisters wedding. Went ahead with getting it altered. Then when we went to pay they were unaccommodating and uncaring in the actual sale. Cashiers were rude and Managers were dismissive. They said that because the pants and jacket sizes did not match they were unable to sell them to us, which is appalling because they let us get that far in the process and offered no alternative. They said that they would make no effort to do anything today and to find something else.

I didnt know what size I was for dress shirts but one of the employees, I think his name was Andy, helped me find a good shirt quickly.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in years people were there to help you they were friendly they were knowledgeable they took me to what I needed answered questions and made sure I found what I needed that is rare today and especially since this covid pandemic has passed

Need a selection to catering to the younger generation suits. The alterations are available but that takes time to get back. Ppl may want to go for a suit they can just try on and it contours their body already. The younger generation is not into loosely made suits.

I needed a new suit for interviews. I found the perfect suit at a great price. I did not ret on the pants and when I for home and tried them on, they were too small. The exchange process was quick and easy. I will go back!

Don’t matter if you buy a suit in store or elsewhere, their tailors are the best at what they do! They care about the look you want to achieve and make it happen. I’ve had 2 suits tailored by them. One I bought in store and another more expensive suit I bought elsewhere. They did an excellent job on both suits and the compliment I’ve received was well worth it!

I prefer the Stone Mountain locale. Better selection of clothing. The Duluth store sells a bit too much Urban clothing. We as seeking some nice professional dress shirts. I managed to snag a few after a bit of digging. Prices are fair ranging from $26 to $30 for Clavin Klein and Joseph Abboud. I could find better pricing online.
