Watch out with you need a blood draw. One of the ExamOne’s phlebotomist who made my left arm tingle when I bent or moved my left arm with strain. It was happened on 2/7/22. The lady came to my house to get the blood draw. When the lady inserted the needle into my left arm, I felt like an electric shock went through my arm. It was so painful which I had never experienced in my life. I had blood draw every year at Kaiser Permanente without a problem. After the blood draw, I felt tingle and electric shock sensation scattered my lower arm when I bent or moved my left arm with strain. When I touched the injection area, I also felt tingle and electric shock sensation scattered to my lower arm. I thought it would go away in few days. But it’s been more than 3 weeks. It has very little or no improvement. I think the lady damaged my nerve. And I am afraid that it will be forever or getting worse. I complained to Ashley Chen from ExamOne. She was apologetic but didn’t come out with any solution to address my issue. I asked her to give me the name of the phlebotomist but she didn’t. Now I experience the tingle every day not knowing if it will go away. So I decided to write a review to let everyone know about it. So if you really need to use ExamOne for blood draw, make sure you take a picture of the phlebotomist’s name badge just in case something happen to you. So you know who did it to you.

Newer place but inside is a mess. Boxes, staff everywhere. Had a 9:00 am appointment and they are already 15 minutes late. Weird place
