I went into the store this morning as the lady was very rude. She didn’t speak or anything. Once I started browsing around to look for the shoe I wanted the sales person then ask me what was I looking for after I find the shoe I wanted. The sale person then looks at me and states I don’t think that’s your quality of shoe. I mean how can a sale person tell you what type of quality shoe you like or what can a person afford. I’ll never go back to this store because the lady was very racists and after I told her I was going to report her, she wanted to apologize

Great customer service! Yes, the shoes are expensive but they are a good quality and I needed to start taking care of my feet. If you plan on coming be prepared for spend some time trying shoes and definitely ask for recommendations the two ladies who were there when I went helped me find shoes to support my arch.

Lynette was the sales person who assisted me in my purchase. She was very professional and very Knowledgeable. She offered additional items, from a consumer who is in sales as well, this was definitely a rare treat.

I bought a shoe in this store and a month later found it is defect. I brought it to another SAS store and the associate there said it is really defect and I should get it return or exchange in the store I bought it. However when I brought it back to this store, the lady here was rude to me and refused to give me return or exchange.

My husband like this store's shoes for his job and has been shopping there for more than 10 years. I needed to buy non slip resists shoes for my work. The lady tried to find and fitting shoes for me. She had knowrage the store's products very well and I could find good size and confirtable pair with short time. Actually the shoes and socks price are going up and pretty expensive but very good quality.

Excellent service and very high quality, American made shoes. Prices are higher but you definitely get what you pay for. Anyone with hard to fit feet and foot issues needs to come here.

When we had walked in we were greeted and told of all the things we had. We also had a one and a half year old, which is very hard to keep still. So we had him sit down and the moment she had saw us sitting she told us that this wasn’t a kid friendly store and hinted at the fact that we needed to leave. She was very rude about it and we knew we weren’t bothering people because there was no one else in the store.
