Best self storage facility in Peachtree City, Georgia (GA) 2024

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, THEN BEWARE! ALL OUR FURNITURE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE DESTROYED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACITLITY, YET EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! I was totally disappointed with this Storage Facility. We stored my mother-in-laws furniture here after she took ill, after her passing we continued to use the facility. It wasn't until our daughter decided to get a unit, did we become aware of what was going on. Our daughter placed her furniture in another climate controlled unit on this property and within months we went to collect her items. HER SOFA, HER MATTRESS, HER BED FRAME ETC. WERE ALL COVERED WITH A WHITE POWDERY SUBSTANCE (MOLD AND MILDEW) PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! We contacted the manager and was told there was nothing they could do other than give her a free month and move her to another unit. The insurance company said they were not liable for mold. Skipping forward, this August, 2022 we decided we were ready to go through mom's storage and bring everything to the house so we can go through it at our own pace. Do you know that once we began moving items. We experienced the same thing. ALL MOM'S ANTIQUE FURNITURE, CLOTHES, PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE RUINED! THEY WERE SATURATED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! WE COULDN'T SALVAGE MUCH OF ANYTHING! We were so distraught, we grabbed what we could, which wasn't much and left the unit practically full. This was on the weekend. Wouldn't you know it, on Monday we received a call from the Manager about us having abandoned the storage unit and wanting us to sign an agreement giving them permission to dispose of the remainder of the items. I was furious! Reluctantly, my husband and daughter signed the forms and sent them to her. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! ~Crystal

Rented a trailer with a ramp so that I could load equipment that was urgent to pickup on that particular day. They grave the incorrect trailer to another customer and really didn’t offer a solution. Did not give me the $50 dollar credit for dispatching the wrong equipment. Said I needed to speak to Jade…who was not there. Talk about really not owning up to a mistake. No I do not want a different trailer I needed the one with the gate. No I do not want to wait until Monday for the trailer. Yes this was urgent and no one really seemed to be that concerned. Extremely disorganized operation would not let them store my items as they would likely lose them and show 0 concern. ~George
