Scheduled appointment to have a hitch installed. I arrived for a 9am appointment. Installer was not on site. They said he would be there in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. Then they said he doesn't come in until 11 am. It was 9:45am. Super unprofessional location. They didn't even offer an apology. I won't be returning here for anything.

Renting a pickup from this store was a breeze, and the truck was IMMACULATE. It was a great, big Chevy Silverado, and I liked it so much that it was hard to bring back!! The rep who signed me up, "Troy," was knowledgeable and always considerate, and believe me, I'll be calling on them again when I'm in town. FIRST RATE EXPERIENCE, all around.

Since they consider every alarm a system error, don’t lock the doors at night, and delete security camera footage, anyone with a lock pick can go to town. The alarm in our unit was set off four times and we are now missing four of our wedding presents. Will be looking into moving our stuff when we can; would recommend others do the same.

Rented a trailer with a ramp so that I could load equipment that was urgent to pickup on that particular day. They grave the incorrect trailer to another customer and really didn’t offer a solution. Did not give me the $50 dollar credit for dispatching the wrong equipment. Said I needed to speak to Jade…who was not there. Talk about really not owning up to a mistake. No I do not want a different trailer I needed the one with the gate. No I do not want to wait until Monday for the trailer. Yes this was urgent and no one really seemed to be that concerned. Extremely disorganized operation would not let them store my items as they would likely lose them and show 0 concern.

Thanks to Gary He wasn’t even on the the clock yet. Great person wish everyone had his ethics. Hope U-Haul appreciates him if they don’t someone needs to offer him better employment. He will definitely be an asset to any company.

Effortless and fool-proof! I reserved a space, and loaded my items with ease and in under an hour. I had a very unpleasant experience that morning when I attempted to complete the same task at another facility. I am so glad to have found this place. Oh yea, they also have alarms on each storage unit, are clean and have plenty of carts to assist. The drive-up docks are also amazing! they have 3 bays for trucks (fitted for Uhaul with lifts) and one bay for regular vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.) Thumbs up to the creative and thoughtful designers and operators of this facility.

I had a great experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Crosstown in Peachtree City, GA. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Using the app to make the reservation greatly simplified the process. I will definitely return if I need another rental.

Excellent staff, super friendly and extra busy. They need to hire help, this is one of several Uhaul locations I've been to recently and they were all over worked.
