Horrible customer service service from the young girl there. Do not recommend at all. I would rather pay the extra and go right around the corner, they are super helpful and don't act like doing their job is a huge inconvenience to them. I will never be returning.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, THEN BEWARE! ALL OUR FURNITURE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE DESTROYED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACITLITY, YET EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! I was totally disappointed with this Storage Facility. We stored my mother-in-laws furniture here after she took ill, after her passing we continued to use the facility. It wasn't until our daughter decided to get a unit, did we become aware of what was going on. Our daughter placed her furniture in another climate controlled unit on this property and within months we went to collect her items. HER SOFA, HER MATTRESS, HER BED FRAME ETC. WERE ALL COVERED WITH A WHITE POWDERY SUBSTANCE (MOLD AND MILDEW) PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! We contacted the manager and was told there was nothing they could do other than give her a free month and move her to another unit. The insurance company said they were not liable for mold. Skipping forward, this August, 2022 we decided we were ready to go through mom's storage and bring everything to the house so we can go through it at our own pace. Do you know that once we began moving items. We experienced the same thing. ALL MOM'S ANTIQUE FURNITURE, CLOTHES, PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE RUINED! THEY WERE SATURATED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! WE COULDN'T SALVAGE MUCH OF ANYTHING! We were so distraught, we grabbed what we could, which wasn't much and left the unit practically full. This was on the weekend. Wouldn't you know it, on Monday we received a call from the Manager about us having abandoned the storage unit and wanting us to sign an agreement giving them permission to dispose of the remainder of the items. I was furious! Reluctantly, my husband and daughter signed the forms and sent them to her. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

After two months in a climate controlled unit, many of our items had mold. We had to throw away most of the things we paid to be stored including furniture and personal items.

Very clean,secure and tempered controlled storage for your belongings. And Melessa Hill (GM) is absolutely fantastic! I rented from her location for almost six years. Melessa was always professional, helpful and kind every time I worked with her, which is a unique combination of qualities. April is wonderful as well! You can not go wrong, trusting these ladies with your storage items!

Everything was easy to do and Melessa the GM was extremely helpful. The climate control space was very clean as was the surrounding area. I appreciate the good security and easy access seven days a week. Melessa was very courteous and professional in setting up the account and on-line payments to help keep this worry-free. Nice job!

Ive been with this facility for almost three years after leaving others. This one outranks them all. Melissa and April worked magic getting me the size I needed quickly and with a smile. The facility is clean and well kept. If by chance you have a problem or concern they are always available and willing to set things right. I highly recommend. Melissa and April will will not disappoint.

Today I had the most magnificent experience with Melessa the GM at this location! I am new to the area and needed a place to store a few items and my vehicle and she was SOOOOO HELPFUL! She showed me my unit, told me about special offers and also gave me some information on activities for my family to enjoy. She was FULL of great information and exemplary customer service. Being open on Sunday’s was a life saver for me and she was so professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend them for your storage needs. They offer boxes, storage, and locks that are higher security to prevent tampering. The area is safe and well lit! I am so glad to have come across their facility and Melessa! I left with a smile on my face and feeling welcomed to the area! Great Job Melessa, quality customer service is something that keeps people coming back and sharing the great experience! If you are in need of a great storage facility they are a GREAT option with comparable and reasonable pricing!

Was stuck in traffic, called 5 minutes before close. Melissa answered and said she would stay late so I could rent a unit. She referred me to a local mover, Scott Crowell, and his team were able to get our stuff moved that night! Great organization and great people at cubesmart!
