My son and I had appointments to get PCR done for our cruise. When we arrived at the window the young lady was so rude and she could not find the appointments at first. We should have received the results by 5pm since we took the test at 1pm. I call the store and speak with a young man and advised of my call. He pulls up our results and say you both are negative. I said great but I need my results emailed. He clarified my address and said he was re-sending. This was at 6:30pm. At 8:55 I called back before they closed and the same young man put me on hold and at 9pm he hung up while I was on hold. So I call back and spoke with store manager and she stated they were closed and gone. I advised her I was just on hold and the young man just hung up and I know he had not left that fast. She took my information for someone to call me back the next morning. I did not get a return call, I had to call them back and spoke with the same young man. So he tells me the system has been down and email is not working after he keeps me on hold for 10 minutes. He hung up again! So now I am 38 hot because we were due to board at 11am. I called back and he answered again and stated the same thing. I asked for pharmacist and explain why I was upset. She gave the phone to the same young man. He had to screenshot both results to my phone after I had to beg for that. NEVER AGAIN, I WILL DRIVE TO CAMP CREEK.. ~shawanda

The Bank "Manager" Charles is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I deposited a check today that was issued by Truist and he would not allow me to withdraw money from the check even though he told me there was not a hold on the check. When I mentioned that he just told me there wasn't a hold on the check, he just kept repeating "I've deposited your check" and walked away. This goes back to a couple of days ago where he simply did not know how to handle my issue and I had to go to another branch to get it taken care of. He's likely just embarrassed because he doesn't know how to do his job and he took it out on me. I am going to ensure that something is done by Truist about him because of how I was treated and his utter lack of professionalism and incompetence. Charles, you should be managing the convenience store across the street from your branch. All of this being said, Chrystal at this branch is an absolute joy to work with and really should be managing this bank. ~John

BEWARE: this location is only useful for ATM usage. Although its somewhat updated on the outside the inside feels dull and deserted. This location has no staff: two observed. The staff dress attire is extra comfortable and lacks the minimal of business casual. The Branch Manager Willie Miles is overly confident,lacks customer service, and manage the property with favoritism. I've been in the branch twice and each time; I WAS DENIED access to my own money. I will be switching banks very soon. ~Shenikka
