The cashier was on a personal phone call while ringing a long line of customers. The call was on speaker so we could all hear the entire conversation. It was a complete casual conversation between her and some guy "So what you doing tonight?". One of the customers needed help using her card to make her payment. Another customer had to help her because the cashier was too consumed with her personal call. I will not return to this location. This is inexcusable.

Had a manager call the cops on me and my neighbor that I dropped off, because she “thought” I was stealing. The store is very clean though, and the other other workers are all great.

My son and I had appointments to get PCR done for our cruise. When we arrived at the window the young lady was so rude and she could not find the appointments at first. We should have received the results by 5pm since we took the test at 1pm. I call the store and speak with a young man and advised of my call. He pulls up our results and say you both are negative. I said great but I need my results emailed. He clarified my address and said he was re-sending. This was at 6:30pm. At 8:55 I called back before they closed and the same young man put me on hold and at 9pm he hung up while I was on hold. So I call back and spoke with store manager and she stated they were closed and gone. I advised her I was just on hold and the young man just hung up and I know he had not left that fast. She took my information for someone to call me back the next morning. I did not get a return call, I had to call them back and spoke with the same young man. So he tells me the system has been down and email is not working after he keeps me on hold for 10 minutes. He hung up again! So now I am 38 hot because we were due to board at 11am. I called back and he answered again and stated the same thing. I asked for pharmacist and explain why I was upset. She gave the phone to the same young man. He had to screenshot both results to my phone after I had to beg for that. NEVER AGAIN, I WILL DRIVE TO CAMP CREEK..

The wait time for the pharmacy is way too long! You can’t even ask questions about the medications / prescriptions, because the pharmacy line is so long…You hold up the line. They need more staff in the pharmacy!

I don’t understand how everyone in the store has an attitude and no urgency in doing there job. Waited 10 minutes for pictures and the manager came. You would think he would help but NOPE. He ignored the line and left.

Walgreens in Union City is by far the worst place to drop off your packages because they don't express or communicate to the companies they are in business with for shipping that they have scanned the packages they accept so the partner company like FedEx can take your packages and ship. Instead they allow your packages to sit unshipped for weeks. Furthermore FedEx employees aren't aware of the services they provide and lack the effort to verify or scan to ensure they aren't just making assumptions. If you provide a service like shipping hub make sure the people you employ are competent

Very rude manager on Thursday 09/12 evening shift. Gave everyone an attitude about buying gift cards. Used my credit card and pin to purchase gift cards. AFTER the transaction was done she chastised the employee for not asking for my ID. Yelled from the other register “it’s very simple, why are you making it complicated “. Very unprofessional. I didn’t realize I left my ID at my daughter’s school after picking her up. The manager literally reversed my already approved transaction therefore locking up $600 on my Corporate account. She really left me in a bad place. Ironically I was picking up the gift cards to reward my employees for a job well done. The poor employee was afraid. The manager proceeded to give two additional customers problems and did not allow them to buy their gift cards either even the man paying with cash. Nasty service.
