I don't actually use there service, it is just that I had to park my car in there parking lot and they never had ever been rude to me in any kind of way. When I had to leave my car there every single day for a month for work. ~Meyo

I decided today that with some extra time to go inside to get my order today and let me tell you, Standing there for 15min, I can tell you these employees are not paid enough for the hard work they put in with still smiling and enjoying their job!! My experience with the staff member Jada was exceptional & extraordinary before entering the store until the time I exited. Jada was professional over the phone providing detail info of my specific battery purchase, when I arrive she greeted me with such enthusiasm that I could see a smile through the mask, showed me the selections we discussed, educated me on the battery type & didn’t stop there… she carried the item to the register explained/ensured I had warranty information; then again with great energy shared/offered me the AA/AAA battery promotion they were having which benefited me at the time (meaning I needed them & at the time I wasn’t thinking about my need for them). I would recommend this store: Clean & if all the staff are as Jada demonstrated: Helpful, Professional, Energetic & Considerate of possible needs, this is where I will/would go first for my battery & bulb needs going forward. And have already shared/recommended this store to 3 family members that were unaware of this location. Great Job Jada, Thank You For An Extraordinary Experience! (It’s missed so often in customer interactions these days)… To those reading I apologize for the long post, but she, Jada & this store EARNED the recognition given in this post. Horrible customer service! I brought back a Milton V Coupler piece with the receipt. The manager said they wanted the torn open backage as well so that they could put it back on the shelf? I did not have the package that obviously would not serve any perpose whatsoever after being ripped open to try the piece on my air compressor hose. The manager made no sense and obviously had an ego problem. Don't shop at this location. ~J.J.P.

ignore the text on the second photo that was for a personal project but they got an AMAZING selection of embroidery threads !! decent fabric section but then again what im looking for is specifically a 0.5cm plush thread fabric so thats just me. ~ji

Waited almost 2 hours (tracker said 34 minute wait the entire time) to receive 2 pizzas with room temperature toppings and congealed cheese on over cooked dough and crust with the consistency of cold cardboard. With literally thousands of experiences to choose from, this may very well be the WORST pizza I have ever had delivered. Ever. Maybe having one delivery driver for the opening day in the NFL isn’t good business? Just awful. The 2 liter was the only ordered item that was edible. ~Frank

They have been taking care of my cars for a few years now and always do a good job and are fairly priced too. They have never tried to scam me into getting something I didn't need. One time I thought I needed new brakes on a used car I had just purchased because they were squeaky and they said, nope they are brand new. They are just really honest and awesome. ~Jennifer

If you are looking for a pharmacy to treat you like family. Then go to this Osco drug pharmacy! They are so nice and fast. Also they're very informational. Most of their staff is very friendly and they are very understaffed and they are still fast as possible thanks Osco pharmacy for meeting all of my prescriptions needs and more!!! ~Leroy
