Best cake shop in Chicago, Illinois (IL) 2024

Stopped by this Cermak since the one I go to usually was not close to where I was. They have a small parking lot but efficient. Plenty of carts and the store was organized. I got everything I was looking for, plus more things that caught my attention. The checkout was easy and fast. Will come back. ~Miguel

It needs the employee smile and customer service training, they never said hello and thank you coming in,,, refuse to learn how to use the new lottery machine it would be nice to have someone to work just for the lottery machine,, it was a great idea when you put the lottery machines in your store for the the residents nearby.. and there is one Young new lady is very sweet and helpful but I can't remember her name she should be someone recommended for a manager position, I'm going to get her name and share it with you all soon!!! The most importantly it would be nice to hire someone that would gladly service the lottery machine!!! Thank you ~Constance
