It was freezing cold inside on the morning of July 4th, but we were able to get a bag of chips, flowers and some pastries. Clean, well stocked, brightly lit and fast checkout offered. Great for Hyde Park residents.

It needs the employee smile and customer service training, they never said hello and thank you coming in,,, refuse to learn how to use the new lottery machine it would be nice to have someone to work just for the lottery machine,, it was a great idea when you put the lottery machines in your store for the the residents nearby.. and there is one Young new lady is very sweet and helpful but I can't remember her name she should be someone recommended for a manager position, I'm going to get her name and share it with you all soon!!! The most importantly it would be nice to hire someone that would gladly service the lottery machine!!! Thank you

Prices are reasonable. At the automatic checkout they need ONE LINE and signage that says "Line starts here." I was standing in line awhile with other shoppers and an employee told someone who just WALKED UP to go ahead of us.

It's ok could be better. Open spaces on shelving where the Orange Juice and Lemonade not a lot of stock in that area. Other Neighborhood Walmart Markets are not like that. Also did not open at 6 am. Opened at 6:05 am. Probably would have opened later than 6:05 but a late employee was trying to get in. Employees in this Walmart don't say "Good Morning" to the customers to busy talking among themselves.

Just shut it down and start over. This location is poorly managed. I've seen busted tomatoes, and spoiled produce just layed out. The shelves are poorly stocked, and this was before the pandemic. The self checkouts are an absolute joke that it's laughable sometimes. And customer service.... what customer service. It's sad all around. I go out my way to avoid this store, but others might not be able to because unfortunately grocery stores are few and far between in this area so some people have no other option. I just pray that it gets better, or somebody comes through and tear it down and build something better that this neighborhood deserves.

I came in store about 2 weeks ago to pickup medicine from the pharmacy. The person that was helping me told me my medicine price was $120.00. They told me to wait a minute they was going to look for me a coupon to help me save some money. They looked for me a coupon to bring down the price. I want to thank the Three ladies that helped bring down the price to $5.00. The names of the people that helped make this happen is Precious,Rolinda and Adrianna that works in pharmacy Dept. Thank you ladies again. Y'all ROCK!!!

Very unprofessional experience today! Stood in Money Services line for about 20 minutes. One cashier was with someone, as I was next in line. Another worker walked past and stated "Customer service is closed after them and walked off". The line began to chat in confusion. I asked if the line had been shut down. Another worker stated, it would be after the current line. We continued to wait. The same worker that delivered the unclear message came back and said "I said the line was closed", with an attitude. Customers complained saying we thought it was after this line and she stated "I don't know who told y'all that". "Customer Service is closed, there's no one here to work it". The worker was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She could have shut the line down in a

There has to be something done about this monstrosity. This Walmart is very poorly managed. There is literally never carts and that's a problem considering I have a 2 year old. Every time I tell someone that works there there is no carts they always say it's not their job. The lines are always ridiculously long because their is only self check out. And certain shelves are always empty.
