Very helpful staff when I went this Saturday, different setup from other Aldi's but the help that I was given to find what I needed was so comfortably given, thank you so much for having such a wonderful staff

I don't know if she was a supervisor or manager with Red or pink hair but she was so rude and threaten me by telling me if I don't move! That i will get hit with pallet jack that she was manually using. And kept telling me to move very rudely that she is working on this area where I was having a hard time trying to find an item since she was rushing me, in which I asked her where were they located and she directed me to the wrong shelf then i asked her that it was not there and asked if they had any she said No we don't have any. So I asked her pacifically what I was looking for and she found the small ones where she handed me one rudely and I asked if she had anymore of the big ones and she so No what you see is all that we have. Never will I STEP FOOT INTO THAT ALDIS EVERY AGAIN! The young security was very pleasant and so was the other cashier. But the female with the Red or Pink hair RUDE. And if she was to hit me with the pallet jack... baaaabbbbby I would have jacked her up. she will make a Christian wanna cuss.😠

I go there once in a while it's okay but I wouldn't make that my permanent place to shop at that Aldi I've been to all the all these that are a lot better than this one but all in all I would just keep an eye on your surroundings

Love Aldi's, a shopper for over 35 yrs. Always good items to buy. You go in to purchase a few things...always come out with more. Thank you for bringing Aldi's to chicago.

I'm pretty upset about this location. They aren't following Illinois mandated COVID protocols. They had multiple customers walking around without masks. They also didn't accept my ID today, despite there being another mandate to accept recently expired ID's due to COVID and avoiding crowds at DMVs/etc. I triple checked all the recent updates, but the manager wouldn't even stop to listen and was pretty rude about it.

Lola is the rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Woman is a hot mess of emotions and needs to keep herself in check. I literally am standing in line the last 2 times I shopped here and she is nice to some customers and rude to others. I guess I'm on her rude list. One time she even tried to lie to me about their return policy and then after I told her what their return policy was because other cashiers have returned my items no problem so she rolled her eyes and then decided that she could do the return how she's supposed to. I like Aldi normally but not this one anymore. I would keep someone like her in the back because a person like this represents your store and it's not a good look.

Great prices. This place will have all your staples at the lowest price in the neighborhood. Food quality: For the cheap prices, generally good quality, even on produce. Most product is fresh and unrefrigerated. So make sure you're ready to eat it or put it in the fridge. Packaged staples are Aldi brand and seem comparable to Trader Joe's. Staff: The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes they seem overwhelmed. Seems like they run a thin staff to save money. Checking out: The lines can be long so expect if you are at a busy time to wait 10 minutes.
