I love this Jackson Hewitt location. They are the best. Banish and his staff is Fantastic!!! They have helped me tremendously and Im very grateful. This was the least painful visit I've ever made to an Xfinity Store. I just had to drop off some equipment and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I was also able to snag a couple of new voice remotes from the rep since our old school ones were looking pretty haggard. ~Larry

Everytime I go here, I show up needing help. Today Ellie helped me out and she was AMAZING. She got me the perfect match and even went out of her way to help me with the rest of my purchase. Amazing! I love to visit different bass pro shops, and cabelas to see all the different settings. My kids loved being able to go right to the fish tank and have the fish swim directly to you. Then they got to throw coins into the well on the other side (they wished daddy got a new fishing pole but he didn't lol). We got to another fish tank to see fish that all 3 of my kids have caught before as well (a pan fish tank). Great visit and hopefully we will have another chance to visit again. ~gary

This store has always been super helpful. I actually live in Chicago and close to the Milwaukee street location. But the employees here are super helpful. I have a company account and buy regularly and never have been let down. There has been times where nothing is in stock or even online and as soon as it’s back in stock I get a phone call from one of the store managers to let me know there’s more. Defiantly worth the extra 30 min drive to this location. ~Chris

I contracted Covid on 10/4/21 it left me with severe side effects. I was able to talk by end of December and I called the bank’s financial hardship department for help in paying since I had lost my job and couldn’t work for months. They told me that if I could pay $209 by the 18th of January it would help my credit. The person I spoke to put the payment thru on the 31st and the next day my $9 in my checking had turned into negative -$199. I have no money and I don’t start my job again until the 10th. You decide what this banks worth is. The worst part was the person who answered my call in regard to this said “and what would you like ME to do ?” He told me to call them back again and it’s been 4 days. The next person told me to remain professional and all I said was I hadn’t and wouldn’t eat tonight. Apparently that was offensive to this person too. A financial hardship program helped me get back on track with the bank. FYI to all. . ~Elizabeth
