I have been coming to this bank for about five years now. Their service has definitely gone downhill since I started going to this branch. I went through the drive-through and spent almost 20 minutes waiting for a full transaction. I needed to get a cashiers check, and sent up my two forms of identification to one clerk. In the middle of the transaction they changed out clerks and I had a different person. This person then disappeared for about 10 minutes, and I saw a food delivery driver with Taco Bell and the second clerk stopping outside to grab their lunch. After several more minutes of waiting, the first clerk I had finally pops back up on the screen to complete my transaction. All of this seemed incredibly unprofessional. ~Sarah
