My interactions with Carstar, Jeanne, Michelle and staff exceeded expectations. My car received extensive hail damage while I was traveling in South Dakota. Insurance actually wanted to total the car but we agreed to a settlement payment to avoid this. Three estimates were obtained. Jeannie’s experience and expertise allowed her to critically review the damage and make recommendations with a goal that the repair cost might approach the settlement payment. Jeannie made multiple suggestions as to what to repair, how to repair, what not to repair based on noticeability, etc., all with a value vs. cost target. Work was completed on time, and communications were regular as we made small changes to repair plan. The finished result left me very pleased, as the remaining unrepaired spots were, as Jeannie predicted, barely noticeable. The multiple repairs, part replacements and painting were fantastic, all this leading to significant cost savings such that the settlement covered repair cost. I picked up a gleaming car, totally polished and with a great detail cleaned interior as well.
