Great experience here. They worked with the other parties insurance the whole time. Parts took forever to come in, but that is no fault of theirs, just more to their credit for communicating with us the whole time. Car looks brand new.

When I had a front end collision last year, they replaced everything and it was about 95% like-new. A couple of parts were slightly off, in terms of the hood and new bumper having a weird gap that wasn’t symmetrical, but as the car has 100k+ miles, I did not make an issue of it. Their work has lasted and they did well on it. They also dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to, which I appreciated. I later had the need to replace a small part of the front end which had broken off. They quoted me around $150 for the part, painting the part, and installing it. I assumed this might take a couple of hours (my incorrect assumption). The day I arrived, they told me it would be all day, and that I was not able to wait with the car, due to covid. This surprised me, as I was the only customer, and in my experience of owning cars, if you wait with the vehicle, usually they finish it faster. I decided instead to just buy the part off of them, and took it to Caliber Collision by my house, where they installed it (unpainted) for free. My car is a work vehicle and it doesn’t have to be 100% perfect like the Mona Lisa. It literally took Caliber 10 minutes to install the part and let the glue set (Sudden Impact had stated they would have to take apart the front end of the car to do that work). I think the biggest issue was miscommunication, which is disappointing, as up until today, things went well with them.

Took my car here after I got rear ended. They were professional and timely in their services. There was a small issue when I picked up the car that they took care of right away without any issues.
