Scott, the manager, Bob, and Fritz were awesome as always! They did front differential service, but they also went totally out of their way to solve a grinding problem, and were exceptionally honest in doing so!

Awesome Guys!!!. I was about to wait for 2hrs to get my tire rotation done due to ongoing work with another car. Changing from my five star. This is this first time I've visited a quick lube in years. Always hated going because something always goes wrong and they charge too much. I had only gone because I was injured and unable to get under my own car Well, today I changed my oil for the first time since going. As expected, something went wrong at the lube joint. When I went to take my drain plug off I was unable to remove it with hand tools. 3/8th drive ratchet could not get enough leverage. I had to use an impact to remove it. This means someone used an impact to tighten it which is absolutely insane. I've always avoided lube joints, and this completely verified it. Paid $80 for an oil change that could have stripped my oil pan, amazing. 2012 honda accord, if the company wants to look me up.

To whom this concerns, I purchased a Toyota truck last week and was grateful that I brought the truck into Grease Monkeys in Mundelein IL. I spoke to Nate the service technician, who has always been polite and informative when I brought my other vehicles in as well as my son's. Nate inspected the underneath of the Toyota and he was alarmed at what he found with the frame of the vehicle. Nate immediately pointed out that the vehicle was dangerous to even drive, and to take it to Toyota immediately! I did exactly what Nate told me to do and Toyota told me bluntly that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and to get a new vehicle. There was a happy ending to this story as the previous owner returned my money and took the vehicle back. I just want to say thank you Nate whom definitely prevented a bigger issue as well as potentially saving a life threatening situation. John Service: Steering & suspension repair

After overcharging my AC with Freon(?) I was able to get there at opening on Monday morning. They were able to service my AC and bring my system back to proper function within 30 or so minutes. Service was great, the two gentlemen working were nice and helpful. It was my first time there and I will be back for my next oil change.

Miguel and his associate under the garage was amazing in getting us in and out! It’s a rainy Saturday afternoon and we get a flat. We pull in without an appointment but we were willing to wait, we were out less than 15 mins! God bless Miguel for helping us on our way home. Service: Tires

Before I came for service I called ahead because my truck had a oversized drain plug in it and I didn’t trust it to go back in the pan so I called ahead asked if they drain oil through the dipstick tube which I was told they could try because sometimes the dipstick is difficult to extract oil through. So I bring in my truck tell the gentleman who acknowledged me and what I said and he said no problem. I don’t know if he didn’t communicate this to the guy on the lower level to NOT touch the drain plug . But I come home park it come back out it’s leaking oil at the drain plug I told the guy do not touch. It was loosened for sure because there was the color sealant they use on the drain plugs after they touch them. Miscommunication that now has led me to have a oil leak from the plug I said please do not touch.
