Been to this place a view times, my last visit will be my last....Workers here are very rude & argumentative....place was an absolute pig stye....One worker was sitting down and to busy to help you with anything. Disgusting place, tread lightly if you come here!!!!

I went in here to buy a vape. The first one I bought did not work and I returned to the store to exchange it. I exchanged mine for another vape and this one did not work either. I went back into the store and I was told that I cannot get my money back. I was then threatened by the cashier. The cashier named Mona told me she would call the police on me because I wanted my money back.

I came in asking for a couple of plastic bags because my friend was sick in the car. The person at the counter told me they didn't have any plastic bags, which I found odd given that I could clearly see plastic bags and that I've been offered them several times when I've come in here. He could of told me I needed to buy something, anything, not lie to me. What a piece of garbage. Also, if you need to hire someone to logically price E85, let me know, as the person responsible either charges far too much or too little.

This stores policy is in violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), offering no accommodations for individuals unable to wear a face mask. When alternative for covering face was presented, was still denied stating it must be a mask. No "direct threat" is present when store clerks are wearing masks and are behind plexiglass.

Best self-serve automatic touchless car wash open 24 hours. UPDATE: It's still a great car wash, however, as of January 2018, it seems that the car wash is no longer open 24 hours (but the gas station still is). My shift ends at midnight and on the drive home every night, they have orange cones at the car wash entrance indicating that it is closed. (If anybody knows a good automatic touchless car wash that is open 24 hours (and don't tell me about the one (The Ultimate Car Wash) with the coin operated bays on the same street next to Northwest Motors used car lot. I tried them once and it is the worst automatic touchless car wash I've ever been to.Their manual bays are good though) Addendum: It is now mid-April and the BP carwash has been consistently open 24 hours most everyday (except for the few times that it may have been closed due to reasons of "Out of Order"). As an update to my previous comment, I suspect that the BP carwash was closed after 5:00pm - 6:00pm due to the sub-zero temperatures and negative wind chills after dusk. One last comment: Other reviews have mentioned that this car wash does not clean very well. This is as good as gets for a "touchless" (ie... no spinning brushes) carwash. If you are not picky and don't mind having a swirl-marked, Brillo pad finish on your car... there are many other places you can choose from.

Terrible customer service. Our car wash expires 4/20(today), and my husband went in this evening only to hear "sir, when it says a date, its midnight the night prior". A-that's not a standard procedure B- its a $6 car wash, not worth being rude C- look up customer service in the dictionary and report back. Horrid

Dont bother with this carwash, hardly cleans the car. No refund or second wash offered. Save your money, go elsewhere

Came from the church, and decided to have a gas on this BP gas station unfortunately pump #4 doesn't function well and I informed the cashier immediately, he just replied, he can't do nothing about it, since it's a self service gas station. God bless this type of associate attitude. We don't need him to fixed the pump, I'm reporting some issues.
