Too way to expensive for the few items we ordered. Went thru drive thru gad to way 10 more minutes. They brought it out and shorted us 1 of our orders of fries. Had to go back in and they said we aren't serving any more food!!!! It was 3pm in the afternoon on a saturday after a football game let out. 4 more car loads of people pulled on the parking lot, they went in and they were told no more food being served!!! Worst meal we ever got and why were the other people turned down? On a Saturday afternoon???? They had plenty of people working today too so shortage in help was not the issue. Will never ,ever go back again in my life! Very dissapointed!!!!! ~Penny

My daughter stopped to buy oil on her way home to Nebraska. She asked the employee for assistance and they refused saying they don't work on cars. After a frantic video call with her a different employee, Paul, came to her assistance. He was kind and patient. Thank you Paul but shame on the other employee! ~JoAnna

Beware of Kunes's service department. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation. They picked up my car in the morning and had it the entire day. It was returned with the paperwork in the car as usual. No inspection sheet like they usually do, just the bill. My tires had not been rotated although it’s listed on the invoice. The oil change sticker on the window showed a next oil change odometer reading based on their last computer entry and not on my actual mileage making me question if the oil was even changed or they just printed up a sticker and called it good. When I called to question the tire rotation their response was “ why do you think your tires weren’t rotated?” When I explained how I knew she responded with “well you weren’t charged for it”. (Even though the service was listed on the invoice making it look like it was done.) No effort to make it right. No apology . Just a “ thank you very much” So $67 later I paid another local business for a tire rotation and an oil change to be sure it was done right. Mark your tires. Mark your filter to be sure the work was done or better yet go somewhere else. I will never be back. ~T

Me and the lovey just cruising the camaro came across this spot on Easter sunday. Driving by slowly the patrons outside invited us in. Of course me and my love had to check it out and glad we did.. patrons are great! Bar nice and clean. Cocktails Served in glassware. And YES!!! They had Gray goose vodka for my wife. She was drinking gray goose and cranberry I was drinking Jack Daniels and Coke. Drinks were made to our liking. Wifey says bartender was 5 stars 🌟 and I couldn't agree more. Bathrooms were clean. They had free food which was DELICIOUS 😋. Potatoes were Fire 🔥 😋.. as well as the ham and chocolate cake we had... YUMMY! We grabbed a to go frozen pizza made by a local pizza place they have brought in.. that was ok. Don't want to comment on that.. gonna try it fresh then review. We will be back the next time we pass through the town of Oregon. Thank you Franklin street pub for a great experience... ~Joe

This place has went downhill, first with the debit cards being changed to discover. Awful most places don't accept it. Secondly post balances and any transactions seem to be delivered a day slower than any bank around here. ~Cattylac
