Too way to expensive for the few items we ordered. Went thru drive thru gad to way 10 more minutes. They brought it out and shorted us 1 of our orders of fries. Had to go back in and they said we aren't serving any more food!!!! It was 3pm in the afternoon on a saturday after a football game let out. 4 more car loads of people pulled on the parking lot, they went in and they were told no more food being served!!! Worst meal we ever got and why were the other people turned down? On a Saturday afternoon???? They had plenty of people working today too so shortage in help was not the issue. Will never ,ever go back again in my life! Very dissapointed!!!!!

I went their to get a medium and a mini blizzard took 25 minutes then got it with a drink cup on it when I took it off and looked inside it only had 70% of it in both

Service is terribly slow. Last 3 times we have gone and spent over 30 min in the drive thru line. Tonight we went in and walked out after no one even acknowledged anybody in line waiting. We were inside for over 15 min. Not sure what going on, but definitely need better management

Everytime I go there they mess up my order or they make my blizzards way in advance when there are several cars in front of me and by the time I get them they are melting so when you go to take the lid off it's a mess and half of the ice cream is in a puddle. Last time I went there I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times because the gentleman taking my order was too busy talking to a girl to pay attention to what I was saying. The service just keeps going down hill...

We have been sitting in the drive thru like for over 40 minutes!!! Service and speed for service is absolutely terrible!!! Not worth having to spending the money on a place that holds up people for almost an hour!!!

So I used to come here once or twice a week just for some lunch. I loved getting the flamethrower burgers, but I ordered just a flamethrower sandwich and it was good and everything. My stomach afterwards kinda felt weird but didn't think much about it. Woke up at 4 in the morning next day and was completely nauseous and all the above. I'm pretty sure I had food poisoning. These cooks at DQ need to figure it out!!! Seriously! Or you as a company need to step it up. Yall release this sandwich and this happens.... I really liked coming here, but now I feel like you all lost a customer. There's a certain employee I know who works there so I'd keep an eye on them. I feel like he's out to get me for no reason. But won't recommend for no one

Flamethrower!! Love it!! Try to get a cup of Flamethrower with your fries for a good heat to your dish! Replying 3 years later hoping to enjoy a Flamethrower well, yeah so the patties are fairly thin in the first place so having majority of the burger pink on the inside really makes me wonder if it hit high enough internal temps to make sure all bacteria is killed. Seriously my stomach feels naucious thanks for a $9+ meal and additional ($3.50) for the shake. Shake was fine, fries ok but. Yeah not hip on the burger.
