Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Arrived a little early but they put me right in. Work was done well and timely. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Bought my car from another Kunes dealership in Quincy and have always had it serviced. Great place. I will be back and I will purchase from them again

My experience here was wonderful! Everyone was extremely professional! I worked specifically with Mike Carter; he's an excellent sales rep. My vehicle was valued very well and I not only received a fair price, but a great price, for a trade in. The entire process was smooth and the entire team went out of their way to help me find another vehicle that met my transportation needs. Would definitely recommend!

I would buy another car from this dealership if the opportunity came up again in the future. Staff were very helpful, kind, and genuine. I am a Native American Indian, and it’s not always easy to buy a vehicle from a dealership because people can have stereotypes and biases. This dealership knows how to treat people right. They went above and beyond, Mike coordinated a driver to pick me up at the airport, so I could buy this vehicle. This is what makes America great. Bill is also a very gracious host and shared the local history of Oregon, IL, and area. The paperwork experience was smooth, very knowledgeable staff.

Came into the dealership expecting poor customer service based on all of my other experiences at dealerships, but I must say I was absolutely blown away by Nathaniel’s service and help throughout the whole process! Such a class act and it seemed like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. If you go to Kunes and don’t work with Nathaniel, then I feel bad for you. I’m sure all of the other salesmen are wonderful, but my experience with Nathaniel was nothing short of perfect. I definitely recommend coming here for all of your vehicle needs, he even set me up with a great refinance group for one of my other vehicles and he pretty much handled everything for me after gathering some information. Have not met a more professional group of individuals there. 10/10 will be back again! Thank you Nathaniel & the rest of the folks over at Kunes!

I had a very good experience today at Kunes! Mike Carter took care of me right away. He was very inviting and friendly. He wasn't the pushy car salesman that people get some days. He took care of everything for me, and found me a car I was unsure about, at first, but I'm sure I will love! I highly recommend the dealership!!

The finance deptment was a joy to work with however the salesman portion was confusing. I was looking at a specific new car and they kept pushing a used car on me saying that I had clicked on it from their website ( nope never looked at used) .. I had applied for the fresh start program was told that I was going to be able to get into a new car with payments affordable and then before I even got to the dealership I had been contacted stating they got me into a 2017 vehicle after some work. Also they called me accidentally about a couple that were buying. I called a few times and was assured something completely different. I was giving only one choice of a vehicle and because of my situation had to buy it . I am still not very happy with it as I don't like buying used but I had no choice. I feel that there is no fresh start program. I had stated I could 750 down but at the end had to borrow more money to put 1000 down. I am now getting many different loan application denials... when I did the credit app for the fresh start program it didn't sound like I would go through multiple agency's. I think that they need to be more up front and on the same page. Also it feels like they have "sales associates" that are not real and that you only deal with a real person not till you get to the dealership. It's not a bad dealership, just became full if your in situations like I was ... I was stuck and just wished that It was more transparent. In the end they did the job requested and got me into a car. I do thank the finance girl who went through everything and explained.. she put me at ease with the purchase.

Mike Carter got me into an SUV that fit my budget and needs. It's newer with a reliable warranty. I'm glad my sister suggested kunes of Oregon. Him and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Beware of Kunes's service department. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation. They picked up my car in the morning and had it the entire day. It was returned with the paperwork in the car as usual. No inspection sheet like they usually do, just the bill. My tires had not been rotated although it’s listed on the invoice. The oil change sticker on the window showed a next oil change odometer reading based on their last computer entry and not on my actual mileage making me question if the oil was even changed or they just printed up a sticker and called it good. When I called to question the tire rotation their response was “ why do you think your tires weren’t rotated?” When I explained how I knew she responded with “well you weren’t charged for it”. (Even though the service was listed on the invoice making it look like it was done.) No effort to make it right. No apology . Just a “ thank you very much” So $67 later I paid another local business for a tire rotation and an oil change to be sure it was done right. Mark your tires. Mark your filter to be sure the work was done or better yet go somewhere else. I will never be back.

Went to Kunes Country today trying to get a new truck. Mike carter helped me out and the mangers and finance team truly pulled a miracle on this one, took my trade in and helped me get a 2017 Ford F-150 I didn’t have the best credit but they helped me get it and now I’m happy with a beautiful truck. I went to Kunes to find a vehicle that would better suit me and my family. I left there extremely happy with my new 2021 Jeep Compass. Adam Dokken was sweet and very helpful from the moment I walked through the door! Everyone there was so polite and thoughtful to make sure my wait was an enjoyable one. I would recommend Kunes to anyone wanting a new vehicle! Make sure to ask for Adam, you will not be disappointed!!
