My daughter stopped to buy oil on her way home to Nebraska. She asked the employee for assistance and they refused saying they don't work on cars. After a frantic video call with her a different employee, Paul, came to her assistance. He was kind and patient. Thank you Paul but shame on the other employee!

I needed a wiper-motor for a truck ,the new one in the box,had a broken plastic peace. They got another one at the shop in four hours. And ever one had a mask on.

This place has great parts for good prices. However the customer service experience is lacking. I seem to have been plagued by the same rude guy who works there that I see named in many other reviews. How can someone in the customer service industry continue keeping their job with such a horrible attitude towards customers? Plenty of people can learn how to look up and pick parts, maybe it's time for Napa to find his replacement. That said, the rest of my experience was good and the store manager was helpful.

Staff member was rude and short. They acted as if getting my online order was an inconvenience to their day, I was the only customer there. Would've gone somewhere else after this interaction had they not stocked the part i needed.

Very knowledgeable counter guys- they know car parts! Just about everything they offer is available same day, especially if you can order by 10am. Most items are in stock at the store.

I’ve been goin here for parts on and off for years. Decent service, one of the guys has always thinks he knows it all and is always pretty rude every time I’ve been in there. If you have to return a part he insists that the part failed because of something you did, because manufacturers don’t make parts that fail

The worst place to go for anything! The employees make you feel unwanted and that your bothering them by walking into their store!! I only go there if there is absolutely no other option. Would have gave them -5 🌟 if I could! Awful experience Everytime. Not like the old days for sure!!

Usually get prompt service here. No real complaints ! Except if you need intelligence don't talk to that Dan guy. Make sure you talk to Clyde or someone else :--).
