Car was fine and the rental spot I picked up the car at was great. I was wrongly charged a late fee and the girl at the counter wouldn't take care of it. Said I had to call corporate office. That's a joke!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worker was extremely rude, it was like she was annoyed to even have a customer... Felt like she was trying to ACTIVELY make up a reason to not rent to me. I was told I needed a major cc to book the car (even though booking site and corporate site do NOT REQUIRE IT). I left, made a new reservation, and pre-paid the rental on my PayPal CC... I returned and was rejected again for a credit check on my safety deposit?? Not the rental, the safety deposit?? Which was going on a Debit (more than enough $ to cover this "deposit" ) and was rejected again n without ever having run my card? Arent you supposed to just hold the deposit? Spoke to their corporate office and there is no need for that policy... Will NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!

Made a reservation today online. Paid for the 5 day reservation. Showed up to pick up our rental and was told that they have no cars available. They were all spoken for and waiting for incoming flights. We were now considered “add ons” and they would call us if a car became available. No call. Left us stranded. The people at the counter blamed it on corporate. But in my 53 years of life, I have never had this crazy story and “don’t give a sh__” attitude. No more Budget for me…ever. Enterprise hooked us right up.

very bad experience. I made a reservation, paid for it, received a confirmation # and a date and time to pick it up...i showers up and "Amanda"and says there's no vehicle available and the parking lot was full, I tell her there's other vehicles and she says she can't rent me one because people that come in a flight have priority.... the worst part was the way "Amanda" handled the situation. literally walked away while I was talking to her about how can we find options ... I'm not gonna give the whole story.... simply horrible experience

Didn't have the car that we reserved, tried giving us a smaller car, and in the end the only car that would even fit us was a highlander that had been heavily smoked in. It was nasty.

I reserved online and because my billing address is different from my home address they couldn't take it. The workers can't edit anything or help at all besides give the customer service number. Wait times for customer service is over 30 minutes. Give workers the ability o modify things.

Nicole was very pleasant. We were given a free upgrade because they did not have the size we reserved available. We were worried about gas mileage and she took her time to go through the vehicles she had to to find the one with the best gas mileage. We will be back. Thank you!

Lynette is by far the WORST person to deal with. Had a kid working with her. Very rude and unprofessional. They gave us a van that had a broken windshield, change oil light, broken buttons for rear heat. And her response to all of this was that I wasn’t a nice person. Ummmm we paid for this 3 months ago and you give us a van that’s falling apart. Corporate, hire people with people skills and common sense please!

The car was clean and rental pickup and return were easy effortless pleasant transactions. I had left a work key and my glasses in the car upon returning. Called multiple times and no one would answer. Took time from Work and went into Budget and was treated badly and like I was a nuisance. Asked if they found my items and one of the ladies looked into a drawer right next to her and said nope I don’t see anything. No effort. I don’t believe items that are “lost” are kept by Budget for safe return, based on what I seen. I had also interrupted the ladies working but since I was the only customer standing there - they should have been more professional.

The lady working was pleasant, but... There were 10 cars available. You can reserve a car and pay online. Then you arrive, and the cars are all broken or need an oil change, and there are no cars actually available. The system apparently doesn't let employees mark vehicles as unavailable unless they are rented. So...if I could give zero stars, I would.
