I booked an appointment in May for hair cut and keratin treatment John was amazing with hair cut and overall he was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with But sadly keratin treatment was a disaster My hair is fried, so much so that I can’t run my fingers through,and it feels like touching a haystack. I went in with a purple hair by end my hair was pale pink/orange Didn’t think much of it ,since fashion colors tend to act unpredictable . Right after service my hair felt greasy and kinda damp in the roots,even after rigorous drying and styling,I thought maybe they used too much product so I decided to wait 72 hours before any conclusion. Once I got home I noticed how much my hair was breaking off and some parts were clumped together and looked like a wool. I wasted over 500$ to have my hair completely ruined Pictures taken right after I got home from a saloon ~AJ

Gerber estimated my car to be in their shop for two weeks, they had it done in 5 days and they kept open communication with detailed voicemails and daily text messages. When I got my car back, they detailed the inside and outside for me as well which was very kind. It was in for a new bumper. Very pleased with them and will recommend and use them again! I was unsure of what style I wanted to get. She gave me time to look over the photos while I decided and she explained the pricing and concept for every style I was interested in. The hair is lightweight and doesn’t feel like a bolder hanging from my neck. She was quick! She even gave me the exact time at which she would be done. We went to this store to get a phone upgrade for the family (3 people). The process was very smooth and relatively quick (it naturally takes some time to transfer info from the old to the new phone).
