10 Best cosmetics store in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

This location is very nice. The store is very clean and organized. The two young ladies working in the women's department were extremely friendly and working hard to keep up with everything. The produce is amazing, worth the stop for your fresh fruit 🍓 🍎 🍏 and vegetables 🌽 🍆 🥑. ~Kimberly

Trying to check in but it's asking for a confirmation number that I do not have. Employee: Let me see ... You need to check in at the CVS Pharmacy. Me: ??? Is this not a CVS Pharmacy??? Employee: No, the pharmacy is the counter in the back. (Really, CVS? What do I call the *rest* of the store? The healthcare themed store?) ~William

We received a text advising that our prescription was ready. This is a prescription for our cat who has cancer, so it’s fairly urgent. I arrived to pick up the prescription and CVS claimed our vet never called it in. They were not able to offer any explanation as to why we got the text. I called the vet, who confirmed the prescription was sent in 2 days prior. The pharmacists said that the vet should call them and leave it on their voicemail. They were in a real hurry to get to that lunch break. Here’s hoping we can actually get the prescription! ~Gabe

stepped on a nail and came to this Walgreens to get a T-Dap Shot. Tigist is beyond informative and helpful and ensured I was taken care of. She is phenomenal! Made sure I was in and out and well on with my day. ~Alaa

It's been very difficult for me to get my prescriptions here. When I went to pick them up the drive through was closed and I don't walk well enough to go inside for them. CVS doesn't answer their phones either. I've since moved my scripts to another pharmacy that isn't having these issues. ~тнє

The store & pharmacy need serious help. The exterior of the property sets the expectations. Dirty, unkempt, employees seem unhappy and zero moral. Employees seem defeated & overwhelmed, in return providing poor customer service. Wait times are horrible, it doesn't matter if you uses the drive up or go inside. Per the pharmacy tech Walgreens has a week long backlog & hundreds of prescription un filled. 9/12/22 @ 11:31 Update: Called Walgreens local business office, to voice my concerns. I received a return call from the store manager with in minuets. Apologizing for the delays & stating staffing was the issue. I've been going to this Walgreens for the past year, quite frankly it's a management issue. Even the pharmacist is rude for pete sake. Poor customer service & rude behavior is deemed acceptable. On my part work on being more understanding and try a different approach. 9/20/22 still one star ~Sandy

We dive past another CVS location just to go to this one. The pharmacy staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They get things filled in a timely manner. Pharmacists are caring and patient when dealing with customers. Really appreciate this pharmacy. They do above and beyond every time we are there. Fast drive thru, fast turnaround, excellent staff. Not much you could ask for. ~Charles

Docs office called in prescription at about 2:30. Went to CVS there on 38th and Emerson. Was told it would be an hour. Tried to pick up meds at 6:20. Told only had 4 done. Called back next morning at 10. Told still not finished. Needed another hour. Obviously they stop working on it instead of finishing.😡 ~Lois

I scheduled and got my booster shot here on a weekend so I didn't have to leave work. They put in a self checkout here so I was able to skip the line. ~Mark
