I called the pharmacy roughly 10 minutes prior to them closing and was put on hold. 6pm came which is the time they close on Sundays and some one just abruptly hung the phone up. I tried to call directly back and now they are closed. I understand people want to go home when it is their time to go but if you have someone on hold at the least they can finish with that person.

We received a text advising that our prescription was ready. This is a prescription for our cat who has cancer, so it’s fairly urgent. I arrived to pick up the prescription and CVS claimed our vet never called it in. They were not able to offer any explanation as to why we got the text. I called the vet, who confirmed the prescription was sent in 2 days prior. The pharmacists said that the vet should call them and leave it on their voicemail. They were in a real hurry to get to that lunch break. Here’s hoping we can actually get the prescription!

There is a constant turnover in staff. They are seriously understaffed espec w qualified knowledgable ppl and all are overworked. The pharmacy is consistently unexpectedly closed. The app info is incorrect n inconsistent w pharmacist. He has no concern for that. Most of all n worse of all, the pharmacist has no concern over your health as it relates to his pharmaceutical practice in any direction. They lie about the timing filling. They blame the customer n hang up on you. Even the store manager is rude. Corporate is even worse as is their wholesaler. They will take your info then tell you they can't answer any ?'s due to policy n hang up. Possibly stopping the 2nd medication or driving a good distance due to their major disregard to my health as it relates to practice in issuing medication or providing consultative comprehensive seamless pharmaceutical care. Pretty risky pharmacy to rely on.

I went to refill a prescription. I was out and had to use CVS (as a last resort). Called them, they said they got the prescription from my doctor and it would be ready at 5:05 pm. I went at 5:05 pm and they said that they could not get it done until 7:00 pm. I came back at 7:00 pm and they said they did not have the prescription and would not have it until tomorrow. This is a medication that is needed urgently, thus why I called my doctor and worked to make sure that I could get it tonight. This is the exact reason I never use CVS. Customer service sucks.

Myself and 5 other people trying to get into this cvs that said they open at 8 were standing outside waiting past the time they open while an employee just looked at us from inside and continued to put things away instead of opening the door. Ridiculous. It's only 18 degrees but just continue putting stuff on the shelves instead of opening the store on time..

The pharmacy staff was so helpful yesterday! They were so patient and kind and went out of their way to help me get a prescription transferred to a different CVS location! We always have great service at this store, but yesterday they went above and beyond!

I like the CVS because I don't have to drive very far. But the uscan is a joke. It kept telling me to put my item in the bag when it was in the bag. No employees were up front to help so I just left it, and had to go wait in the line.

Good pharmacy but there usually only about one or to work there so in the afternoon when there's a lot of people it's really slow epically if you want passport photos

I went in to get a prescription for my eye that is bothering me from a injury. They told me they would call me in a couple hours 5 hours later i still get no call. So i go in to see what is going on and I'm told they closed at 7 to sanitize. Its ridiculous my eye is bothering me and i can't get the eye drops i need. I should have went to walgreens probably would have had what i needed sooner.

The pharmacy personnel are extremely rude. From the moment we walked up to the counter they were short and rude. I am calling the store tomorrow but I am sure they will not do anything. I normally don't go there so my CVS called another local CVS and they both appolygied for the action of the other pharmacy. I will not walk im that CVS to by gum.
