I have gone to the pharmacy for 10 years. Over the past few months they have messed up everything. They put my medicine on hold, tell me they are the same thing. Well, people my Dr called it in so you do what they say. Now I have to go fight with them to put my inhaler back to active bc some reason they changed it to inactive. I am not happy with them. After 10 years I'm changing places.

It's been very difficult for me to get my prescriptions here. When I went to pick them up the drive through was closed and I don't walk well enough to go inside for them. CVS doesn't answer their phones either. I've since moved my scripts to another pharmacy that isn't having these issues.

The pharmacist at this location always takes extra time to help people get the information that they need, both the medical questions and how much the prescriptions will cost with the different insurance cards and discount cards that are out there. This is the most efficient pharmacy I've worked with in Indianapolis

Aside from being a very well kept CVS, the staff at both the minute clinic, and the pharmacy are very nice. I will continue going to this minute clinic instead of other urgent care options because of the nurse practitioner and RN that work here. They were so so friendly and knowledgeable.

Great CVS! I did their covid rapid test in the parking lot and it was so fast and easy! I even showed up early with no issue. They were great at communicating and making the whole thing go very smoothly. The store is also great and clean and fast, too! I am so grateful to be tested and vaccinated by CVS!

My 3-year old tested positive for influenza. Doctor called in a prescription for an anti-viral at 10:00 A.M. For this particular medicine to be effective it must be given within 48 hours of onset of symptoms. Waited all day to get a notification that the prescription was ready for pickup, and no one would answer the phone when I called. Knowing they were closing I finally went at 5:50, gates were down, and I was told "they were way behind, so they were closing early" (how does that make sense)? Would not help me or talk to me. As a result of this, my son will simply not get the medicine he needs. It will be too late tomorrow. I understand staffing is short, but if thats the case why would you accept a time sensitive prescription? Just inexcusable.

Pharmacy unhelpful after cancelling my appointment, blamed me for not knowing AFTER I got text to check in. I know staffing is bad, but…this was horrible. Listen to the 1 star reviews on pharmacy. Know when the pharmacy canceled my appointment? long after I left. In other words, they blamed me for their failure.

The pharmacy is horrific. Be prepared to be hung up on by the pharmacists and to wait on hold for hours. UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the pharmacist on 11/23/21 at 11am. They denied making me wait on hold for hours and hanging up previously. They won't be filling a script. I'm not sure how they're allowed to deny patients medicine but it's honestly negligence.

Pharmacy closed a 6 PM on a Friday. Attendant allowed me to stand in line for 15 minutes while attending to another upset customer. It took them 5 minutes to find my prescription at which point they told me I'd have to come back the next day because the system didn't allow my prescription to be filled at 6:05 PM. Ultimately I think someone had a bad day. Prescription was for my 4 month old son. Steroids and antibiotics. All prescriptions used to be sent here. In the future none will be.
