The printing staff here bend give extra effort to get your projects out the door. I had a a time sensitive project (door magnets) and they got it to me in half the time they thought it would take. I had to go in to adjust and re-evaluate the proof and they got it all fixed and I was in store less than 5 min. Their self serve is a bargain and I try to use it every chance I can. I will do anything I can to get this one office of FedEx/Kinkos to do all my printing jobs and my copying. They treat me like family. ~Mike

I called the night before to be sure my task could be completed since a different store struggled with it. I spoke with Kaitlynn which to my luck she was working the next day when I came in. She is friendly, quick and efficient in completing my print job with no issues. You have a gem there, better take care of her, good employees are hard to come by. ~DK

We've been dealing with misdelivered mail ever since we moved within range of this post office over a decade ago. My neighbors with the same house number but different street name get our mail all the time; and vice versa. Or my neighbor with the same street name but slightly different number (8 instead of 5). There's still a $400 check for me somewhere in the mail system sent almost a year ago. What really bugged me was this morning when I went by to drop off 2 packages that were already stamped for shipment and the drop off bin was completely locked (at 8:15am). I have a very busy week and just wanted to get these dropped off. Several other people were standing there confused along with me as to why they couldn't drop off their packages. ~Tyler

Numerous damaged product shipments both in and out of this post office. We have never received several business payments through our PO Box. After making claims, the supervisor emails back that they are looking into it, never does, when you follow up then they need everything and still deny it even though we have video and photo proof inside the post office and at our house of damaged boxes with employees. ~Kenneth
