Will not return. I would rather spend $20 on gas to drive somewhere else vs dealing with these rude people. If you don't want to work with people find another job. IF you need one strip of tape of your package please be prepared to buy a roll because THIS particular location is too rude to give you one strip of tape.

Numerous damaged product shipments both in and out of this post office. We have never received several business payments through our PO Box. After making claims, the supervisor emails back that they are looking into it, never does, when you follow up then they need everything and still deny it even though we have video and photo proof inside the post office and at our house of damaged boxes with employees.

I hate even giving one star. Where is my package that y'all lost? It was supposed to be in at my house in De Soto on Saturday and I'll still waiting for it on Tues, knowing it's lost. Why are you guys so incapable of performing your job????

You have to buy insurance just in case they lose your package? Does an auto repair shop charge insurance to protect your wheels if they fall off?

My package was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 29th. By the night USPS tracking stated that the package was awaiting delivery scan. Went into the post office to find my package and was told that it wasn't in the post office and that they would look for it and give me a call, but no call ever came. I have called them twice so far this week and the best that they can tell me is that my package was probably sent to another facility, that said facility is really large, and their carriers only speak with the dock workers. When I pressed them on what more they could do, I was told that the supervisor goes out there sometimes and he might have a contact.

Our mailman delivers to the wrong address. He/ She needs to look at the address before delivering. Today is the second time, I was expecting a package & it wasn't in my mailbox when the tracking claimed it was delivered by USPS today. The next street over has our address but 126th St & I'm on 126th Terrace. I tried calling the post office & also looking to send an email. What a joke!!! I'm getting their mail & packages, too. My husband delivered their package which isn't his job. PAY ATTENTION POSTAL WORKER!

This office itself is above average. People are nice, friendly and helpful. The major problem is, there is no way to contact this office directly when you have an issue. The 1-800 line takes you into customer no-service h$ll. There has to be a way to get an actual person from time to time when there is a problem, is not getting mail, mail box issues, etc. 5 starts for this branch, 1 star for the organization at large. Fix this please!

Recurrent problem of them pretending to have tried to deliver my packages but were unable to. I have been home all day waiting on a stethoscope that I need for work tomorrow. Per my tracking number the stethoscope has been out for deliver since 0701 this am. Initially they gave me a window ending at 1:15pm then they extended it to 6:30pm. I have been at home all day waiting on this delivery. I even checked my mailbox twice at 2:30pm today and 4:00pm to see if they left me a slip to pick up my package at their office like they have been. I waited around the mailbox from 4:30-5 pm nothing. Now at 8pm they update the tracking blatantly lying that they attempted to deliver at 1156 am but were unable to. DO YOUR JOBS. You have a mailman/woman who is lazy and depriving people of a public service. I don’t seem to have a problem when prime, fedex or UPS delivers my packages.

This USPS shipping location is so broke that they dont have any shipping/packaging tape for staff. To tell you they dont have any tape, they taped crudely handwritten signs at all the counters. No matter, only one would suffice because they only have one person working. Always. Please just drive 3 or 4 miles in any direction and go to another USPS. The one on Antioch and 125th is so much better
