I've been a long time customer, but recently had an incredible customer service experience and HAD to share. PJ opened the lobby for me a few minutes early, patiently explained some banking features I wasn't taking advantage of, and thoroughly checked my transaction for accuracy. This bank is just disorganized and potentially dishonest. They closed an account without telling me, and I have offered my PC for inspection as well as gmail accounts for inspection regarding their supposed communication. Next I lost a debit card and went through their 3rd party process to resolve, but here we are and of course there was a miscommunication ,because...OF COURSE there was a miscommunication with NBKC bank, and I was supposed to call NBKC to order a new card, meanwhile here I am with all the charges associated with the card failing, two weeks later! I called, of course they have to now order the card. I cannot cannot cannot wait to be free of this company. ~Patrick
