I have been with Verizon for years! Steve is always great with helping out with any questions. Steve, Chris and Tim were in the store today and they were a friendly team! I can not thank Steve enough for taking the time to sitdown with me and show me the ins and out of my new phone. His patience with my questions and his customer service was exceptional. Good Afternoon, I am at the Enterprise located at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was informed a vehicle would be ready at 2pm Monday September 12. I arrived at the Enterprise at 1320 Versailles Rd Kentucky 40601 and I was told there remains 3 customers ahead of Me. My question is why was I not informed prior to arriving at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601? I was told "we were going to call you"! However, no one did. I live in Frankfort it takes 12 minutes to arrive at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601. I do not feel as if there was any care for effective communication between customers and employees. I asked if I could wait in the office and I was told " it could be hours". Why? I am not allowed to sit and wait in the office. I noticed management has changed because prior to this incident the last time I was at the Enterprise located at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601 I was treated with respect, friendliness, kindness, care, and candor. I would like the opportunity to comprehend the lack of enthusiasm and equality for the treatment of customers. I regularly go this this location since there are no others near me. The lady I assume that is the either manager or owner is not personable and acts like she is doing you a favor to even be there. The man(I assume her husband) is so nice. Maybe one day he realizes what holds the business back. The food is fine it is just this lady, she just doesn’t give any personality except indifferent or rude and in an ice cream store 🤷🏼‍♂️ ~Norman

You can not get ahold of the local bank by phone or the main bank in WV ive waited on hold for several 15 minute stints usually to just have their system hang up on me. Ive also gone into the local branch with 3 tellers at their windows but only 1 waiting on customers. With nobody seeming to care. I was 2nd in line and waited 10 minutes and then left. Lol i was just hung up on again while on hold. Deplorable ~Nathan

Very helpful with my last fiasco. Brought in what was left of the part off my vehicle. Gave the woman what little information I thought it was. She figured it out in no time and had my part on the counter ASAP. ~Randall
