We used to frequent this location, like at least once a week, but lately it hasn't been worth it. We waited so long for a delivery a few months ago that we ended up just going to get it ourselves (over an hour). After that we started getting dominos instead. Last night we ordered two pizzas and wings. My thin and crispy pizza came with literal dough in the center, like sticky, wet dough. My fiance's hand tossed came so wet the box was leaking. The wings came out alright. We called "our store" and got a call center instead and were eventually placed on hold to "talk to a manger." After 20 minutes on hold we just went to the store and had them remake the pizzas. My thin and crispy redo was still hardly done, in fact I put it in my own oven for nearly 15 additional minutes. And I'm not one that likes burnt pizza, but I do want a thin and crispy pizza, not a thin, soggy, cold cheese pie. We decided to order pizza because we wanted something quick. But instead of having dinner at 6:15ish, I ate at 8:30 trying to fix Pizza Hut's mess. It was a mess. ~EmilyJo

My Dad has had a storage unit here for years. Never had a single thing come up missing. Staff is friendly and helpful and property is always clean and in good repair. ~Gregory

I was in the Circle K on Old Minden Rd this morning about 230a. I asked the clerk behind the counter did they have any more Bang shots. She didn’t care to look so I had to settle for the Bang drink instead. Customer service is everything. Dealing with the public is hard. ~Janisha

Very,very nice people at this store.Michea(I believe that is his name)l the pharmacy manager is very helpful only problem is the wait,however with the customer load you really can't expect any better.Shop here and you will enjoy. ~donnie

grateful. Ross use to be so neat and clean. Very low on inventory. Not much to chose from. You have to watch your step for fear of falling over something. You can't find help. Most check out are not open. Just keeping it 💯 ~E.J's

Look, I know fast food restaurants - especially pizza places - get a bad rap. (Yes, it is usually justified.) However, this Pizza Hut has friendly employees, and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. (Isn't it a shame that we can't always get all three from most places?) Seriously, I go out of my way to visit this location. And don't sleep on their new Melts! I'm not a fan of thin crust, but those Melts are ridiculous. Once the "Create Your Own" option is available, it's goin to be on. ~Kayla

This place is so helpful. The lady was so nice an she took care of three customers all at once I think that is so amazing she timed it so that none of us was waiting . I recommend this store highly. When they did not have the boots I needed she was quick to find a store that would have. I wind up having to get a size c not a b but it was ok cause things like that happen but I still love the service I received ~Catherine

I like the staff they are very friendly and very helpful and they are always helping me out and the public. Couldn't ask for more friendly Place. This Thirty is better with people than the other one's you have. The one's in bossier city are not as nice as the one on Barksdale ~Cynthia
