Shop at this location very often. The staff members very kind. They are professional but treat you as if you have been friends forever. One lady did not call me by name but she knows me every time I walk in the store. She might say, how’s our little boy. She remembers my grandson. Someone on this comment site said the staff were not kind. My guess, this person did not get the answer she wanted. Remember, this is a small Walgreens. It does not have all products listed in the fliers. FYI….I’m not from Metairie or do I have family working here. ~danna

I bought and paid for a lovely silver necklace for my partner. Imagine my shock and disappointment Christmas morning when she opened the gift wrapped package to find a pair of earrings not her style and half the price! I hope the folks who got my gift were happy with it! Inexcusably sloppy service! ~Michael

I will never patronize a place that acknowledges one group of individuals and not another. I walked into this place and was never acknowledged me. This is fine because folks lack professionalism and manners. The two associates weren't welcoming at all. Not a hello or hi we have such and such special. Another lady came in an was immediately greeted with warm welcoming. She was told that everything I the store was under$35.00. I immediately walked out. Do better. ~melaninlioness
