The food was cold and obviously not fresh. They new thing is making sure your fries are hot and fresh but the rest of the food must not matter. My nuggets were cold to the touch. My burger was thrown together and my fries were hot. If it's not something you would eat you should not serve it. Especially, because I'm paying my hard earned money for it. ~August

The employee in the drive thru gave us our food and when asked if that was all he turned and walked away instead of answering. The nuggets were burnt, fries were cold and then to top it off my daughter found a fly cooked into her burger. Unless you want horrible service and bugs cooked into your food I would not recommend it. My family was in town for vacation and running late for a tour or would have turned around and taken it back to the store then. We are contacting the corporate office. ~Mar

Worst service. I ordered a N.Y. Style pizza expecting normal slices. I placed order online. Delivery driver good but called to get order corrected was told N.Y. Style slices are wedge cuts. I've ordered same pizza in Georgia and it's not Wedge cut. Dissatisfied, will not be ordering from again ~Brian

Quality, service and price is what I like the most. I love how I can combine and create my own Flavor from veggie to vegan. The place is very clean and updated and location is great for those staying at the Hyatt. Will def comeback. Highly recommend it. ~Nelson

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. The prices may seem a little high for some of the menu items, but you'll understand when you see the portions. Each item can easily be shared between two adults. The calzone pictured is the children's portion. The adult size is about twice the size of this one. The lasagna pictured also cane with a large side salad. We would definitely visit here again if we are ever back in NOLA. ~Angie

Love this store. They have everything you need for fixing old and new houses - plumbing, electrical, fasteners, you name it. You may not be able to find it, but they can! Very helpful. Easy in - easy out. ~Jay

I had gone to the westbank store because they have so much inventory but got overwhelmed by all of the options. I then tried the Magazine store and it was such a nice, one on one experience. I worked with Kyle and he made the process so easy. He really went out of his way to show me any and all options for our bathroom remodel. He quickly responded to all of my questions and was on top of our order and pick up times. I had been looking for a while at options and Kyle helped me make final decisions so quickly once I was actually in the store. If I ever need anything in the future, I will for sure go see Kyle and the rest of the team at the Magazine location. ~Stephanie

I’ve been in here several times the last few weeks to buy multiple cans of paint. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They even lightened some paint I thought may be too dark. They were very busy when I’ve been in and they hustle and do their best to take care of everyone. ~Courtney
