Best beauty salon in Ruston, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Loved Mrs. Paula and all the other workers. Will continue going to this place forever. I have been there twice and both times were the best experience that i have had, out of all the places ive tried around Ruston. The haircut i have is not technically easy with my hair type (sort of curly, thick, and short) and she knocked it out of the park not once, but twice. Very professional and amazing customer service. Make you feel very welcomed and you can tell that they have plenty of experience, not only with the finished product, but how they can explain every product and find the best for YOUR hair out of all the different stuff they have to offer. Will definitely be coming back a 3rd time to get my bangs and hair cut. Added some photos of both haircuts. First two are all natural and when my hair was a little longer. To start, the atmosphere is toxic. Its like a bunch of grown women with highschool mentalities. They act uppity, arrogant, and are unapologetically phony. They giggle and gossip and verbally express a willingness to help, but fail to actually be helpful. I hate the feeling of even walking into that place and will not go back or recommend anyone to go there. I've intentionally went there "dolled up" and "dolled down." The difference in how you're treated when they think you have money vs. when they don't is sickening! I won't spend another penny there. ~Amber
